(x)I dunno why I feel surprised. I mean, it is the internet, eh?))
"Mm," Leila muttered, laying down on her old and lumpy mattress. She shivered as she tried to curl up with the thin blanket. "'N-night.." Leila stuttered as she did every few hours the two were in there cell at the same time. It didn't really matter what time it really was; not like she could see it, she often thought to herself. Leila wrapped her arms around her legs and rolled over again. -
Yeah, it is after all. Find anything it seems.)
Harper slowly nodded her head as she began to pull herself up onto the old bed. "Night." she replied in a low voice with her head laying on its side facing the cell doors. She reached down beside the bed and pulled up and covered her upper body with the blanket as she shivered a bit. "It's cold..t-too cold." she mumbled to herself as she tried to get comfortable up on the bed mattress. -
You can find everything except that one ship that you actually like in a fandom. That has happened to me on several occasions xP))
Leila continued to shiver, and mentally debated wether or not to ask if Harper wanted to sleep in the same bed as her. 'On one side, I probably won't freeze to death', The blonde thought to herself, 'but then again, she might be perfectly asleep, and I don't want to disrupt her...' Leila turned again, her bed's squeaking feeling like nails to a chalkboard to her. -
I know little about these ship and fandom things. Some are harder to find than others then it seems.)
Harper seemed to shiver more by the second as she laid there. She reached and slowly pulled the blanket tighter around her, though it did not help her very much at keeping warm. "I'm n-not going to m-make it if this keeps up." she said quietly as she looked around the small cell room. Her teeth slightly chattering together as she moved slightly in an attempt to get to a better position on the bed which felt cold as ice against her skin. "I'd do better s-sleeping on the floor." -
Yeah. Fandoms are strange xP))
Leila couldn't handle it any more. It was way too cold and she felt like she was dying. Leila turned around on her bed to face the other girl. "H-Harper?" She called out. " I-it's really c-cold.." -
Yeah)
Harper was freezing cold, shivering alot as she laid there. When she heard her name, she opened her eyes and stared at the girl across the room from her. Harper nodded her head in agreement, "V-very cold." she said back to Leila. -
".. I-I don't th-think I'll sur-survive tonight," Leila continued, her arms wrapped around her body. "C-could I sleep w-with you..?" She asked Harper as she rubbed her sides, trying to generate warmth.
-
Harper looked over at Leila for a few moments as she thought about it, moving around a bit on the bed. "S-sure..we ne-need to keep warm a-after all." Harper responded, rolling a bit over to the side.
-
"Th-Thanks.." Leila muttered before running across the room to get into Harper's bed. She got under the blanket and instinctively huddled against Harper for warmth.
-
Harper smiled a bit as Leila huddled against her, and she nodded her head. "Y-you're welcome." she said closing her eyes as she laid there beside her. "A-atleast now w-we might not f-freeze.." she said lowly.
-
"Mmhmmm.." Leila murmured, feeling slightly better already. She didn't know much, but she heard the scientists saying something about her having cold blood or something a few months back, when the lizard scales started to scab over her skin. /guess this is it/ Leila thought. ".. Imma try and sleep now; night," She said.
-
"Night.." Harper said as she slowly started to feel a bit warmer as they laid in the bed. "I should as well.." she had her eyes shut closed, still hearing screaming now and then from the others and did her best to ignore them and get some sleep.
-
Unable to even think with he screaming echoing down the halls, Leila covered her ears with her arms. Slowly, and finally, she was able to drift to sleep.
-
Harper listened and listened to the screaming coming out from the others with her eyes closed. She began to doze off into a sleep after a few, thinking a bit about being away from the facility which helped her block them out of her head soon and into a sleep.
-
Leila's dreams were dreamless- or at least, it felt like it to her. She often woke up, some sort of shock panning through her body, but she quickly drifted back to sleep and forgot the ordeals.
