For yesterday, I don't remember. For today, I just woke up. Yours?)
Umbra stepped onto his ship and stared at his men who had stopped working when Roslyn walked onto the ship. "Sir, who is this? You said nothing about bringing another with you upon your return." Asked a man holding a crate.
"I have good reason for bringing her, it is none Of your business as you may know. Few things now, do not harm, attack or do anything to her. If you do, you know what will happen." Umbra said, walking over. "Ready to go?" He asked Roslyn as he walked over to her. "No telling how this will go out there, best be sure prepared in case."
"Captain, ready to go whenever you say$" shouted the man at the wheel. -
Well, I woke up wanting my antidepressant pill and feeling miserable))
"I'm ready to go and I'm prepared for whom this person is and what will happen." Roslyn respond without looking over at Umbra. As she looked at the waves splashing as the boat. It truly was different from her normal lifestyle. I'll surely miss my flowers and friends but I won't miss those seductive men. They bother me the most. Giving me shivers, asking for my hand in marriage, asking for my beauty but not my personality. Men, such strange creatures Roslyn thought sighing. Placing her bow down to braid her hair. Once having her bow down nearby her she began braiding her hair. Her fingers moving swiftly with the patterns. -
Had went to town. Ah, I see.)
Umbra signaled to the man at the wheel that they were ready to go with his hands and so the ship slowly went back out and started back. "Lets see how you like the sea life, different than the life on land. Do know I want guarantee you will even get there alive, or if any of us will make it back. Others like us, Storms, wrecks are all things we face out here." Umbra said as he stared back to her. He watched as they went further and further from the land as they went off. The crew worked as usual doing their usual jobs aboard the ship. "And Ros, this ship has many things, if you need food check below deck in the front most room for our chef." Umbra aid before walking to the crates from before and leaning on them. -
"Understood and your men can do whatever as they please. Not much phases me anymore" Roslyn murmured softly. It must be my mother or brother. I was the mother of his child and the child did indeed died. I wouldn't really see why he wouldn't want me dead. My mother would possibly want me dead due to me having so called "sex" with her husband and my own brother. Ah, little did she know that is was rape and not sex. My mother was always so clueless but rather beautiful and woth the greatest personality. To bad she was abusive, possibly would had been the best mother known to all. Roslyn thought staring blankly off at the sea. Now heard of wanting to be assassinated by possibly someone from her family woudln't be a surprise. She sighed wondering whom this person might be. "For a high price for me to be headed? I would have wished to stay with such a terrible family than to be killed but no matter what way this will turn out life couldn't be anything but terrible" Roslyn had murmured to herself. Continuing to ramble to herself.
-
Umbra nodded as he leaned upon the barrels and crates staring off at the open sea. "They will go about as usual for now, I know." He said as the wind blew by him harshly, "I sense a little storm rising up in the distance, nothing too bad I know." He said.
Jack, a fellow pirate, walked beside him. "I do as well, sir. We shall still tread carefully though." Jack said to Umbra.
This is my life, getting different seemingly. Why did I not kill her yet? I have a perfect chance of now but I don't want to. Maybe I'll know soon enough. he thought as he looked to the sea. "We will make it good. No worries." He said as he went a d sat upon a barrel and listened to the sounds of the wind, the sea water, and the crew upon the ship. -
As the wind blew she could feel herself just growing bored and unwilling to continue staring at the sea. Roslyn walked over to Umbra wanting to ask more questions. She wasn't quite use to being called Rose. Corssing her arms she spoke clearly. Basically ignoring the other man. "Why do you call me Rose and not Beauty? Not that I am bothered by it but most wpuld prefered that nickname overall. Also, what made you willing to become an assassin? Must be something that turned you into whom you are." Roslyn had just started off with the questions only just beginning.
-
Umbra looked up to Roslyn as she walked over to him as he sat on the barrels. The wind was picking up a bit, blowing by a bit harder than before. He was used to this type of life, staring off and waiting till he found a thing to do. "Why do i call you Rose? I call you Rose because it is a good fit for you as well. Also, seeing how you were back there, impressive, and it seems that you being called by 'Beauty' alot can get a bit.. Annoying, so I decided not to keep you like that. I became an assassin because of my mother who taught me all I know about it, she was my inspiration I guess. I will be the best." Umbra responded calmly as he relaxed there.
-
Roslyn was lost when he said his mother was an inspiration. "You're very lucky to have such a brave and courageous to be ypur mother. Carrying on, why is the sea the most important thing to you? Don't you rather have women upon you like how mice is attracted to cheese?" Roslyn spoke as she went over sitting by Umbra. To Roslyn's eyes Umbra seemed to be an interesting man, one whom might be intelligent but carelesss, carefully and adventurous. Roslyn just seem to want to know the man whom is named Umbra.
-
Umbra stared off to the sea for a few moments before he looked over beside himself to Roslyn and thought for a bit. "The sea is important to me, it is where I have spent many of my past years working. I have grown used to the aea, it is great and open, wide open. I love this feeling. Having women just attached to me, it seems annoying, I will keep to myself and love it. I'll admit it would be a bit nice, sure. But, it is better not to, I will find one maybe one day, which shall be good." Umbra said to her as he thought more. Umbra looked to the distance and saw the clouds forming in the distance.
-
Roslyn nodded in agreement smiling faintly. "It's always nice to find a soul mate, someone to spend wonderful time with. I although I am a bit young I haven't truly find not one person whom I care to share my tine with. Not even if it was a short term relationship. "My next question is that can you give me any information on whom this person who wants me dead?" Roslyn asked wanting to change the subject just a bit. One interesting subject but an subject to be kept as a silenced subject than an open conversation subject.
-
Umbra smiled a bit as he thought about it, watching back out to the sea as the clouds closed in towards them. " That is always a nice thing, I have not found one to spend time with either, guess I do spend a bit much time on the sea though. All that I know about them is that basically, they had a seemingly deep bounce, maybe a bit old. They had fair skin though most was covered up. That is all I know though." Umbra responded to her. He hoped to know more himself But when he saw them he did not know or see much that would really help find who they were for her to see of she knew.
-
Sighing Roslyn looked up upon the clouds. "Many I know by that description but thank you for the help. Have you come across anything more precious to you than just the sea?" Roslyn spoke one question after the other. It rather seem to be more of an investigation. Wanting to play fair she spoke once again. "You may ask me questions if you like." Her voice was very calm, almost sounding rather quite nice but a bit firm.
-
"You're welcome, all I could do. To be honest, in these past years I have not really, not since I was young and with my mother. The sea is like my home now, I love the rain, that which is coming. When it comes I'll be out here in it, so you shall know I say it." Umbra said and then thought for a bit. "Aure, let me see. What is the most precious thing to you? The thing that you want to hold into most. Out of all you have. What is it?" He asked leaning back against the wall and looking over to Roslyn as he pulled out his dagger and held it in his hands. "Domt worry, I don't but you." he whispered to her quietly.
-
"What I value the most my roses. Roses to me seem to be passionate, loving, caring and very determined. They bring out the most kindest side of me. To what Umbra had said last she nodded simply not truly caring to what he had said. "Anything else that you want to ask me? I'll answer most of your questions if I feel willing to." Roslyn spftly touched her braid. The patterns of the braid was wonderfully done and beauitful. Incredible neat but the style was meant to be a bit messy. Finally fully smiling that someone seem to want to talk to her other than talking roughly of her or wanting to seduce her.
-
"Roses, such a beautiful flower to grow. I believe I saw some before back there, seems you treat them well. "Umbra struck the dagger into a barrel must between the two of them as he let it go and placed his sword on the other side of him. "I have no real question left. Well, tell me a bit about your past? If you can, and if you want to rose." Umbra asked her as a few raindrops started to fall upon their heads.
"Captain, we're headed under now." said Jack to him as the men started below deck except for a few.
"Understood, I'm staying here a whole longer." He said. He looked over to Roslyn, "If you wish, you may go as well below, or stay. If you stay and the rain bothers you, we have a small covering I can attach above head." He said pointing at it, just over them down. "It attacks to those two. "He pointed to two small poles in front.
