Vincent clung to a pipe as he listened to the two talking

Raiden lowered his shades over his eyes again and nodded. "I'm Raiden, I usually am found up here moving rooftop to rooftop. Not seen because those down there seem to stay down there." he said smiling.

"Some people are busy with the most dumbest things" Dream said chuckling. She sat on the edge of the rooftop and looked down with a sigh. "They seem to miss the beauty of life, nature" Dream said swinging her feet slowly. She was definitely an nature lover.

Vincent felt the pipe move and he paled' s---' he thought

"I see." Raiden said stepping over to the edge and looking down. "Nature is beautiful though, as you say." he said putting his hands over his head and to the back. He heard a light noise bit ignored it for now.

The pipe moved more and Vincent. Jumped just before it fell, grabbing on to a crack in the wall with a grunt

To hearing a soft grunt but simply ignored it knowing it possibly someone being foolish. "Nature isn't just beautiful it mysterious and magical" Dream said smiling. She soon was gazing at the sky humming a soft soothing tune.

Vincent looked around and spotted a window on the opposite wall. He got his feet under himself and jumped up to the window. He helped slightly as his leg hit the ledge and he nearly fell

"Agreed" Raiden said as he listened to her and knelt at the edge looking out in the distance.

"It's strange to have another Chanter around, I thought the Chanters stayed with the gigantic group" Dream said as her humming stopped for a moment.

Vincent winced and pulled himself up to the window

"I don't though, I like small groups not large ones." Raiden said as he sat down on the edge.

The cop from before saw Vincent and started shouting at him. His eyes flashed and he hissed, showing a pair of fangs as he chanted something, making himself vanished
