Antonio laughed. He put one hand under the water, which, while hot, was still comfortable. He glanced at the soap bottle in his hand, smirked, and pointed it at Lovino, before squeezing it so that soap splattered across Lovino. "There. You'll have to find out now, hm?" He teased, leaning over to peck him on the lips, water dripping from his hair and over his face. He squirted soap into his own hand and setting down the bottle, going to clean himself up, as well. The steamy air made it a little easier to ignore how close they were, although Antonio couldn't say it totally bothered him, despite his nervous fidgeting and glances. -
oh woah I'm gonna have to learn to walk in high heels so I can kiss you ahaha
ahhhHH okay okay okay so we went to the doctor's and guess what guess what I'm really excited about this
Lovino squealed in an unfortunately unmanly way, cursing as the soap ran down his heat in thick drops. Grumbling and red-faced, he nudged Antonio aside to step under the water with him, surprised to find the temperature near perfect. "Huh, not bad, b------," he murmured, swiping the soap off his chest and starting to rub himself clean. "Although your gonna pay for that soap stunt later." He added nonchalantly, that one stubborn curl swaying up even as the rest of his hair dripped with water. -

Antonio raised an eyebrow, giving him a dubious look. "Am I now?" He asked, his mouth twisting up in a crooked smile. He hummed lowly, occupying himself with rinsing his hair and face in order to distract himself from the fact that Lovino was very, very close, and still very much naked. It was uncomfortable more than anything else, Antonio feeling rather exposed unsure of really what to do. He glanced back at Lovino, frowning at the stubborn curl he saw sticking up. He'd noticed it before, and actually found it rather cute, but the gravity-defying aspect was new. He paused, before collecting water in his hand and dumping over Lovino's head, perhaps with not very much forethought. The curl seemed determine to stick up, although now water was running down his head. "Oops. I thought that would work..." -

Lovino, again, much to his regret, shrieked, rubbing at his eyes and forehead to keep the water away, not that it worked very well. "W-What the f---?!" He yelped, glaring at Antonio, swiping his hand through the shower to spray him with water in retaliation. "Jeez, and here I was thinking you'd be all romantic showering with me, but fine, throwing water in my face works too." He growled sarcastically, crossing his arms, lips set in a firm pout. -

Antonio grimaced. Yeah, definitely should have thought that out more. "Perdon," He mumbled. He frowned. "I wanted to see if it would make your hair lay flat." He shook his head. They could probably both tell that that hadn't worked out. His brows furrowed, and he looked at Lovino again, giving him a slightly lost look. "How am I supposed to be romantic in the shower?" He asked, honestly confused. "You seemed like you hardly wanted to be in here at all, although I guess I didn't help, hm..." He looked at the wall, face flushing. "I know how to use nicknames and hug you and dumb stuff like that." He shook his head again, biting his cheek. "I don't know how to be romantic." -

AHHhhhH thank you!! ahhh I'm so happy ever since we talked about it so long ago I've been trying really hard to get off them and now I can be happy without help ahhh
Lovino eyed him warily, protective of that one, uh, sensitive curl. "My hair is f---ing fine the way it is." He huffed, though his glare softened considerably when Antonio looked genuinely upset, a cute but concerning blush creeping over his cheeks. His words made Lovino feel rather guilty, and he sighed. "...You're hopeless. I'll just have to teach you to be as romantic as an Italian, si?" He smiled at him, small but inviting, snagging the bottle to pour a bit of body wash into his palm. He stepped over to Antonio, hugged his arms around him, and began massaging small circles into his, resting his cheek against the other's wet chest. "So tense, il mio amore, poor thing," he murmured, before looking up at him with a tiny smirk. "...Being romantic is about being...I dunno, stupid and sappy. But not just because you want to sound sappy, it's...it's saying what you feel truthfully. Even when it does sound like some god awful chick flick."

Antonio stiffened when Lovino's arm's wrapped around him, still sharply aware of their current state of dress, but the small circles on his skin and Lovino's voice immediately made him relax, his blush only intensifying. He pursed his lips, gazing down curiously at Lovino. "Stupid and sappy doesn't sound like your style, Lovinito," he admitted hesitantly, wondering how Lovino could seem much more familiar with these things when they were the kind of think Antonio would think he would do. His lips pressed into a tight line, and he went to brush the wet bangs out of Lovino's face, a sheepish smile tugging at his lips. There was water clinging to his eyelashes, making his eyes look almost comically sparkly. "I think I can do that though, hm?" -

ahhh H oh my you're making me blush ahh I'm so happy i think things are gonna get better now I talked to my dad at dinner too and he was normal and funny and the way he used to be and ahh i really think things are gonna change baby
Lovino giggled, soft and happy and for once not nervous of what anyone else thought. He adored the moments with Antonio where he made him so happy that he didn't care about anyone else. He bit his lip at what Antonio said though, feeling guilty again. "I...I can be sappy sometimes." He mumbled, hugging him a little tighter. "...I'm not always so bad..." he added, so quietly he wasn't sure Antonio would hear him over the shower. -

Antonio frowned when Lovino suddenly looked guilty, wrapping one arm around his chest, using the other to tilt his chin gently up to look at Antonio. He felt his stomach drop slightly at the quiet words at the end that he barely heard, biting his lip hard. "Lovino, you're never bad." He leaned down to press a firm kiss to Lovino's forehead. "Just because you're not sappy doesn't mean it's bad, tesoro." He murmured. "You're perfect as you are, idiota. I just thought it was kind of funny that your idea of fancy Italian romance doesn't really sound like my Italian." He smiled down at him, hesitantly. "No te preocupes, mi amor." -

Antonio laughed, smiling widely at the flushed face looking up at him. He hummed, kissing him back softly. "Te quiero, Lovino." He murmured back. He paused, pulling away from the kiss but keeping his arms around the smaller boy. One hand came up to trace Lovino's collar bone, which now had generous dark mark on it. "Hm, I think that's as rough as I got, huh." He said quietly, smiling sheepishly. There was one on Lovino's collar bone and on the curve of his shoulder. He sighed, closing his eyes for a moment. "Sorry about that..." -

Lovino sighed softly, content in the warm spray with Antonio's arms around him. He shivered at the wandering fingers, giggling softly when they trailed tickling over his collarbone. "...Don't apologize." He huffed after a moment. "But," he leaned up on his toes, careful not to slip, and suckled rather harshly at the side of his neck, high enough to make his mark clearly visible. "There." He hummed, satisfied. "Just so everyone knows what a bottom you are." He said, back to giggling. -

Antonio yelped when Lovino leaned up, sighing when he felt his lips on his neck. He gave him a half-hearted glare, although his lips still twitched up in a smile at the giggling. "Tease all you want," He hummed, leaning down to kiss him, before leaning down a little more to nip at his throat, hard enough to leave a small mark in return. "There," he teased. His voice dropped and he kissed him again, one hand going to the side of his face. "Now everyone knows who left that mark on me." He murmured, laughing.
