Bump~?

(Sorry man. I thought I responded, but I guess GTQ deleted my post. It does that some times.
Anyways, I was thinking. First of all, we need to name the country..
Second of all, winters in said country are VERY harsh, so like, Matt and Ian could get snowed in while going on a trip. Like, trapped in a cabin together.. *wiggly eyebrows*)
"I didn't mean stupid like that. It's.. It's.. You know what, I don't want to be a prince. I want to go home and finish my mid-term exams! If you can't tell him, can you have someone tell him?" He sighed, heading into his bedroom. He noticed the clothes laid out on the bed and wrinkled his nose, not wanting to wear them in the least. -
(It's all good. Does it to me sometimes.
Yessh. Do you just want Genovia or something different like Reistraf or something?
Oh ho ho ho I like the way you think. Also, body heat hmm? :3)
Matt pursed his lips, nodding slowly. "I'd like to say I understand, but this is more drastic than I've ever experienced." He shook his head again. "I don't think so. None of the palace workers talk much to nobility. There's a gap there..." He held his hands about a foot apart to demonstrate. Trailing along behind Ian, he watched the other's reaction. "Look, I can't begin to imagine how difficult this is, but if you don't like it, then at the right time, you can refuse the crown. There are hundreds of bloodthirsty, greedy nobles who would love the chance to wear the crown rightfully yours. And...you can always take your exams here.. You do have options, please do not forget that. -
(It makes me sad.
xD Not Genovia. Something else. It can be made up.
Oh yess)
"I.. No. My uncle, every time I bring that up.. I'm the last of our bloodline, or some s--- like that. To refuse the crown would be to destroy a reign that has been in line for hundreds of years. Blah, blah, blah," He added, to make sure that Matt knew he didn't care about any of that. "As far as my exams.. This country doesn't exactly have the same school system we did back home. Anyways, I guess I'll go, but.. Do I have to wear that?" The clothes were finely mad, and so, going to be itchy and uncomfortable. -
(Yeah.. But I'm on mobile, so it'll take me to the login screen. If I hit the back button, I can copy it, then log in and paste it xD
Okay xD well, there was Reistraf, Tramlaw, Diamrem, or something more realistic?
Mhmmm)
"That is true, you would end that. But I doubt you care much about that.." Seeing Ian's distaste at the outfit, he was rummaging in the closet for something more appealing. "No, of course not. But everything can be put online now, can't it? Besides, you're still a citizen of your own country... You can certainly finish your current grade, that's not impossible." He was deep in the closet now, trying to find something not lima bean green. "No no no of course not. But if you're worried about them being old and stiff, a thing such as underclothes does exist." He popped out of the closet with a brown and blue thing. "They're made specially for summers here, so very light." -
(Lucky. .w.
Reistraf sounds good enough. ^-^)
"I'm actually a dual citizen now. My father is trying to make it so that I can freely travel back and forth easily, but I don't see that happening. I'm practically on another planet," He sighed, shaking his head. He took the shirt of the new outfit, slipping it on. It was comfy enough, but still kind of weird.. It would have to do. "It's not that I don't care. It's just that I want to go home more." He put the pants on, looking himself over in the mirror, before asking, "So, what do you do? Normally?" -
(Yes.
Alrighty ^~^ )
Matt waved his hand as if that wasn't important. "Still, you should be able to finish your original schooling." He nodded at the outfit and went to fetch shoes to match. "Ah, that makes sense... Basic human nature." He tossed Ian a pair of socks and presented a pair of shoes that matched the outfit on the outside, but on the inside, were made to be quite comfy. "Mm, lots of stuff." He took a seat on the floor and watched the other get dressed. -
Bump

If you still want to.. owo

(REALLY SAD PAPPING I AM SOOOO SORRY MATE)
"Mhm.. Yeah. Whatever." He slipped the pair of socks on, and then put the shoes on, grabbing a comb to run it through his hair. Pointless, really. It was still a mess, even after he set the comb down. "No, I mean.. What do you do? Like, hobby wise, job wise. Come on," He sighed. How could he be so vague? "Um.. So, like, and I supposed to wait for my uncle to come get me, or is the car already out there.."
Of course, what Ian didn't know, was that the part of the city he would be going to had roads that were too narrow for cars. Instead, he, along with Matt, a few guards, and one of the noble's that was going to oversee the actions were going to be riding on horse back. -
(TIS OKAY. And I'm at work, so please excuse any late posts)
Matt hummed a little and looked Ian up and down. After removing a stray thread, he nodded a little, pleased with the final effect. "I work here all the time, and my hobby is my job." He scratched the back of his head nervously and shuffled his feet, kind of irritated that they hadn't already told Ian about that small part. "Um, you'll meet your uncle there...but not at the car. Do you know how to ride a horse?" He occupied his hands by putting away the first outfit that Ian hadn't liked. -
(It's fine, don't get in trouble for being on though D:)
"That sounds boring.." He trailed off, frowning at him. "I play soccer. Well, you probably call it football.. And tennis.. My dad's a doctor, so we actually had enough money for me to have a trainer. I'm pretty good, really," He admitted, not at all shy about bragging a bit. All of his pride faded, though, when he heard the mention of a horse. "..I rode once, when I was little. I fell off. And broke my arm. So, no, I do not know how to ride a horse, nor do I want to know how." -
(Ah, it's okay. This is the hotel job. I work alone, and I'm rarely checked on. Plus, it's really slow.)
Matt smiled a bit, nodding. "Ah, yeah, it's football. Fun to watch. There's tennis courts here, if you ever decide to play again. I can track down an opponent for you." He winced at the idea of the prince breaking his arm. "Well, you're gonna have to learn, and quick. But the horse is very calm, and there will be a lot of people around, making sure you don't fall off." He set everything in its proper place and opened the door for Ian. "After you." -
(Okaaay..)
"I'd like that," He hummed, nodding. He took a step away from the door, shaking his head. "Yeah, no. I don't ride horses. I'll walk, or.. Or, can ride with you? Like, double?" He'd done that before, on a pony with one of his nieces on his mom's side. Of course, he'd been three, but.. Still, it was something. He'd feel a bit safer with someone else there to make sure he wouldn't get hurt. -
(^~^)
Making a mental note to find an experienced tennis opponent, he bit his lip at Ian's next request. "I don't think that's such a good idea. I've only ridden a horse a few times before, and never formally. I can find someone more experienced for you to ride with, or someone can walk your horse.." He thought about the guards assigned to this job. Certainly, none of the nobles would share a horse; that would be ridiculous. Most of the guards were too big to ride double. He could imagine Ian and himself on a horse together, but again with the inexperience.
