"What is it? Spring, you can tell me anything, I promise." He set his hands on the other boy's arms for reassurance.
-
"I...I-it's nothing."Spring said, hiding his red face from his awkward thoughts.Him and his brother, together? No.Well, maybe one day.
-
Although, he cared for his brother in a family manner, he did feel more, he just couldn't explain what he felt yet. "I'm going to go lay down. If you need me, I'll be in my room." He said, grabbing his shirt from the floor.
-
Spring nodded his head, walking out of the bathroom himself and walking to his own bedroom, and opening the window. He walked back and locked the door, the climbed out the window and stood at the edge of the roof.He looked behind him to see Justin's window, yet still empty.
-
As soon as he got to his room, he plopped on to the bed, stomach first, and buried his face in the pillow. It smelled like old detergent, but that was the least of his worries.
-
Spring stretched out in between the two window sills, staring up at the sky.He could here squeaks from Justin falling onto his bed,but Spring was forced to hold back.Brothers need alone time, and he wasn't going to interrupt that, even if it was for the sake of the world.
-
The pain was a dull ache, a throbing one that wished would go away. But he had to remind himself what he did was for their sake. After a while, he eyelids became heavy, and he soon fell asleep.

The empty void of dreams slowly became distant as he awoke. The digital clock read that it was almost noon. Justin inhaled deeply, starting to sit up. The pain on his back had subsided somewhat, but he knew what was there. -
Spring had been on the roof the entire time Justin was asleep, and was lucky enough to not be caught.Their grandmother had left to town around thirty minutes ago, while Spring had snuggles up in a blanket, almost nodding off every now and then.
-
Justin shrugged on a shirt and went to the window, expecting Spring to be out there. Justin gave him a little smile, sitting next to him. "Is she still in the house?"
