Yeah, it does)
Kaylee sped up her pace as she got a block away from the store she stayed in. The sounds she was hearing were faint now and barely able to be heard so she figures she had got some distance between her and them. She sighed in a breathe of relief and tossed the last street crossing needed to get to the store. "Almost there, almost there." she said to herself crossing at a brisk pace. She heard another growl noise only this time much closer to her, she froze in place as she slowly looked around herself towards the direction it came from. "What to do?" She asked holding the machete tightly. She too slow steps forward as she kept looking in a circle aware to her surroundings and ready to strike in case. -
Jason and Aya walked the streets with caution. They listened and searched for human activity. Aya then suddenly heard a voice it was a bit faint due to distant but then again Aya thought it was her imagination. There hasn't really been anyway but her and her brother. Her brother is the only other human she knows but she now enjoyed the company of the two new survivors. Aya and Jason continued to walk in silence for another moment until Jason spoke. "So, how do you plan on getting to that farm?" Aya looked at Jason and replied. "With a car or maybe even on foot if needed to."
-
Kaylee decided to keep towards the store, she could get shelter and hide out there of any were there and lick the metal floor closed to keep them out. She had always s one this but had never heard any this close to the store, only a few ten yards away now. The sound kept getting louder and louder as if it was closing in on her step by step. She stood there at the door looking around when the sound seemed to still come from behind her and she leaped around in a halfcircle and awunh hitting nothing "uggh!" she yelled out of frustration. "Where are you?" she looked around again and saw the usual, just a few stragglers out on the distance and nothing much else.
-
Aya soon was a survivor off in the distance. She stopped in her tracks and motioned the survivor to approach her. Jason looked at the survivor and chuckled a bit softly. "Are you seriously thinking about taking her with us? She seem to have lost her wits" Jason said smiling with a bit of amusement. Aya nodded and spoke. "I'm willing to take any survivor." Jason sighed and rolled his eyes not really caring much about bringing just any survivor.
-
Kaylee was still looking around looking for where the noise came from. She turned back away from the store entrance and looked around. She could see two figures in the distance so she gripped the machete and stared at them readily, she thought they were some of the zombies standing there due to the frustration she was in with hearing the noise and not spotting the zombie near her. "Kuat enter the store," she told herself slowly stepping back to the door as she tried to calm herself and slowed her breathing back to normal. She held her back on the door and felt around for the handle and slowly opened the door.
-
"Come on, let's go before she goes into the store" Aya said as she began running in a bit of a quick pace. Jason sighed and followed after Aya. Aya hoped they'll make it before the female enter the store. Jason thought this was pointless, the small group could have just take off by now and possibly be near the farm. Jason sighed briefly as they ran to the store.
-
Kaylee looked back in the direction of the two figures she had saw and saw that they were running towards her. "Huh?" she said as she held open the door and stared at them. She saw they moved unlike the zombies in the way they came running towards her and she sighed in relief that she may not be alone in the town aside from the zombies. "Hello!" she yelled at them as she stood between the for a just to be safe in case they were zombies.
-
The two of them were half way to the female. "Hey!" Aya yelled as they soon were in front of her. "Hi," Aya said as she took a break to breath. "I'm Aya this is Jason we wanted you to know if you would like to come with us to a farm my parents own" Aya added once she caught her breath. Jason sighed as he caught his breath within moments.
-
Kaylee smiled at swing they were not zombies and began to step out I'd the doorway towards them. "A farm? Is it safe?" she asked them as she loosened her grip on the machete she held in hand. "Oh, and my name is Kaylee. Kaylee Winters." she added on as she stared at them thinking about if she could trust gem or not
-
"Well, it's nice to meet you Kaylee," Aya said smiling. "The farm is indeed safe, the wall that covers the land of the farm is a cement wall, it's pretty safe and far from any city or town" Aya added happily "Also, at the farm it has a well, the well provides the farm water" Aya continued blabbing about how wonderful the farm is.
-
Kaylee listened to Aya as she spoke about the farm and thought whether or not it was a good idea. It seemed it would help keep away from the zombies but she did not know of she could trust them or not yet. She continued to smile and listen as she considered the things that may happen with each choice. "Can I trust them?" she asked herself in her head. "Well, it sounds nice there. I'll consider it." she said finally after thinking a bit.
-
"Cool" Jason said smiling slightly. The sound of zombies filled Aya and Jason's ears. "Maybe we should go inside" Jason suggested. He rather be safe than eaten. Aya had a worried look on her face but then she nodded in agreement. "It would be safer that way" Aya said sighing. I just hope my brother is safe Aha thought drowning slightly.
-
Kaylee heardthe sound of zombies getting closer as she reopened the door. "Come on." she said as she stepes through the dooorway at a fast speed. "Hopefully they don't come and will leave soon." she said as she leaped up onto the counter and say on the edge peeking out through the window over the door. Of they break in she knew she would have to fight and she felt a bit safer knowing she was not alone in there this time.
-
Aya and Jason nodded as they both walked inside. Aya closed the door behind her once Jason was inside. I don't really feel comfortable with leaving my brother with a stranger, I hope everything's alright Aya thought as a concerned expression soon crossed her face. Jason leaned against a wall sighing. "Once the zombie noises quiet down I think we should head to the pharmacy that's where the rest of our group is" Jason said as he closed his eyes sighing.
-
Kaylee placed the machete beside her and turned her head towards Jason and Aya as she listened closely to the zombies noises. "There's others with you? How many, is there alot?" she asked hearing there were others out there. 'this is good, I think. A larger group is good.' she said to herself in her head as she laid her back down the counter and stared at the ceiling with a slight smile on her face. "I'm not alone." she said to herself closing her eyes shut.
