Avery sighed and looked at him. She caressed his cheek.

Shade looked at her.

"What ever happens, I'll be right by your side." Avery said and looked at him.

"Same as I to you" Shade said as he held her hand.

Avery intertwined their fingers and smiled.

Shade smiled back.

"I think we should go...before we get killed." Avery said and stood up fixing herself.

Shade held her close before teleporting to his house.

Avery walked to the porch and shrugged.

Avery rubbed her eyes and waited for Shade.
