Salem jumped as he heard the garage door begin to open, quickly relaxing afterwards at the realization that Mr. hot scientist extraordinaire had just arrived home. quickly, Salem put on his glasses and waited on the other side of the door that went to the garage in excitement, wanting to surprise Joseph and give him a welcome back hug... and if I'm lucky, maybe we can cuddle in bed tonight... heh...

Once the car was parked and he was prepared to exit, he did, heading towards the door that led to the first floor of the house. He pat the pocket on his backpack in order to feel for the vile, and once he felt the bulge of the hunk of glass, he nodded in approval. The day at the lab, though he left early, was long and consisted of a variety of arduous tasks and difficult concepts. He was intellectual, of course, so he took a grasp rather quickly and that was what finally led to him discovering the cure. With a headache beginning to arrive in his head, he mumbled incoherent words, and flung open the door. He gasped at the sudden sight of Salem, smiling in the process.
