"In a couple minutes, probably," Ella guessed, sitting down on the swing. Her legs didn't touch the ground.

"Mm, okay," Louis breathed, deciding to settle down on the other swing. His feet, though, touched the ground and kept him still.

Ella wiggled in her swing to make it go back and forth, waiting patiently. After a couple minutes, Micah came out, holding Cat with one arm. "Pizza's here, girls."

Louis was kind of relieved when Micah finally came back. He had started to swing a bit, just swaying a bit back and forth. He stopped himself, then stood up, looking at Ella and then Molly.

"..Thank you," Micah smiled as the girls brushed by him to go eat. "As I said.. I'll show you to your house after dinner, alright?"

Louis shrugged, pursing his lips. It really hadn't been hard at all. "Thanks. Oh- I'm eating dinner here, then?" He thought maybe Subway was meant to be dinner, but was alright with something else as well.

"I mean, you don't have to. It's more or less for the girls," He explained, but shrugged, holding out a hand to him.

Louis took this as an invitation to go anyway, and while he kind of thought it would be awkward to hold Micah's hand, he took it. "Alright. I guess I'll go."

"Mm," He hummed, pulling him along. "So, what do you think of my girls?" It was a casual, harmless question, but Micah needed to know.

Louis followed him, of course. He wasn't much of a kid-liking person, never having any younger siblings, but he answered positively. "They're nice. Showed me out here and all, I saw the kitchen, too."

"..The kitchen and the garden. My girls really know what's important in a tour," He joked, smiling at Louis.

"Well they're definitely not wrong," Louis laughed, smiling. "The garden is very pretty, and now I know where to get band aids."

"Oh, did someone get hurt, hm?" He guessed, giving Louis a grin as he opened the door for him. "The garden.. Is something I made when they first came here. They don't get out a lot, you know. Too many people would like to take them from me. It's safe there, though."

"Ella scratched her arm a bit, she fell off of the monkey bars. No blood." He looked back at the garden one last time, before going into the house, quietly thanking Micah for holding the door open. "Are they homeschooled, too?" He asked. He wondered what it was like for the girls, not being able to go out. Maybe that was why Molly was so quiet, and Ella so social.

"..Um, not exactly? They attend an extremely small private school, with only about ten other students in their grade. It's more of a group of children all studying under one tutor? It's safe, though," Micah hummed, leading him to the kitchen. The girls were sat at the table with plates, and open box of cheese pizza in the middle. They both had taken one slice, and were happily eating their food.
