"That seems like a good idea.." The words following what Cadence had to say cut him like a knife, but there was no way to avoid it. He took a long sip of his wine and a few more bites of the food his boyfriend had made. "It's fine, I overreacted. I love you, okay? I didn't mean anything I said," He assured, looking at his boyfriend.

Cadence nodded, falling silent. "I'm not actually really hungry. So, when you're done, wanna come take a shower with me?" He stood, putting his food in a plastic container, and then into the fridge, before taking his seat again.

"Sounds good," He hummed. It only took him a couple of minutes before he was done with his own plate of food. Lucifer finished off his glass of wine and cleaned off the table, ready to go take a shower with his boyfriend.

As soon as the dishes were taken care of, Cadence got up, holding out a hand to Lucifer. Truly, he missed the intimate parts of their relationship. Since school started in August, they hadn't had time to do much of anything.

Lucifer took his hand and gave it a small squeeze as he led his boyfriend up the stairs to their conjoined bathroom. He hummed as he opened the door to the bathroom, dropping Cadence's hand so he could start removing his clothing.

As soon as Cadence took his shirt off, he frowning, knowing that Lucifer would have something to say about the fresh cuts and the burn. He just hoped he could play it off, so that it wouldn't ruin the mood. He unbuckled his pants, kicking them off as he leaned over to tur the shower on.

Lucifer didn't notice the fresh cuts and burn until he was finished removing all of his clothing and looked up. He was eyeing his boyfriend's beautiful body when he saw them. Lucifer didn't say anything at first. He took a small step forward and traced the cuts with his finger in silence.

The younger winced at the touch, but didn't pull his arm back. He knew better. "They're from a couple days ago," He lied, keeping his eyes down. "From before you took my razors away." Because Lucifer would make him tell him where they were, and throw them away, and then Cadence would have to find a new hiding place.

He didn't quite believe his boyfriend since they looked so fresh, but didn't think his lover would lie to him. He brought his hand back and gave Cadence a sad smile. He stepped into the shower, checking that the water wasn't too hot or too cold for either or them. Deciding it was okay, he motioned for Cadence to step inside in front of him.

Cadence let out a sigh, stripping off his boxers to get into the shower. He shut the sliding door behind him, giving Lucifer a small smile. "So, are we just gonna shower, or..?"

Lucifer wrapped his arms loosely around his boyfriend's waist, chuckling. "Do you have something else in mind, kitten?" He asked softly, leaning forward and kissing the side of his lover's neck gently.

The boy tilted his head at the kiss, purring out, "Oh, yes," Pressing his hips against his lover's in a weak grind. "Luci, I really don't want to just shower? What's the point if you're not dirty first?"

Lucifer hummed, letting out a soft noise when his boyfriend pressed his hips against him. He continued to trail light kisses along his lover's neck. "Someone's acting a bit slutty tonight, hm?" He said with a soft chuckle, one hand stroking his boyfriend's side.

"It's been two months," He breathed, moaning at the kisses. "Well, one month and twenty seven days, but who's counting?" Cadence was, of course. He loved his relationship with Lucifer most of the time, and this made it better.

Lucifer chucked softly, the hand that had been stroking Cadence's side moving towards his inner thigh. "Has it? Seems like a long time ago.." He said with a small laugh, choosing one spot on his boyfriend's neck to stay at, gently sucking and nipping at the spot, hoping to leave a mark.
