Kai blushed deeply at James' comment. He stepped inside the cafe, the aroma of coffee filling the air. Carrie was secretly taking pictures of James so she could observe his every move. Carrie was a stalker.. More like is a stalker. -
[Ok if you had to use the Death Note on anyone that wasn't famous.]
James smiled as the smell of coffee his his nose. "Mhm. That smells so good." he said looking at Kai. "would you like some" he asked full of joy and hope. -

Kai nodded. "It smells really good," he was practically drooling now. He noticed an empty table and pointed at it. "Let's sit here." Carrie watched from outside, her face pressed against the cafe window. "I'll get you.." -

James smiled as he sat at the booth and saw a waiter come and hand them the menu's. James smiled and looked at Kai. "Anything you want in particular?" he asked. -

Kai nodded. "I heard that they had really good cake here. I want a strawberry cheesecake." he said. He then put on his headphones and listened to "Unravel" as he tapped his fingers on the table.
[Btw if I don't respond, it's because my iPod died. It's literally at 1%, so I have to go.] -

James nodded at the waiter. "I'll just take a strawberry capichino." he said smiling at the waiter. He looked at Kai and smiled, a slight blush comeing to his cheeks. -
Kai looked up at James and flashed him a smile. He paused his song, moving his headphones off his ears. "Hey, have you ever kissed someone?" he began to blush, knowing what he wanted to do. Carrie watched in envy as James recieved Kai's attention.

Kai stared at James with wide eyes. I wouldn't mind kissing him.. He thought. He put his headphones back on and resumed his music. Carrie began heading down the block, and entered a video game store. "Giaaa," she groaned. A tall guy with red hair walked out from the back door. "She's not here." he said and lifted a box. "Said she's going fishing," Carrie simply sighed loudly. "Who are you, by the w--" "I'm Sycamore. You're Carrie, Kai's cousin. I already know."

James looked at Kai happily. the waiter came and brought what they had ordered. James had taken both and sat Kai's in front of him. "Here you go." he said smiling.

Kai looked at the cake. "I wish Leb was here. She loves cake," he muttered and began eating it. Meanwhile, Carrie was chatting with Sycamore.
"You're here because--"
"I need Gia-"
"She isn't here, so shoo," Sycamore snarled before locking the back door. He was completely annoyed that this girl just suddenly walks into his store, and requests someone who isn't there. He facepalmed, earning an angry look from Carrie. She crossed her arms. "I'm not leaving," she shouted. "I'm calling the cops--" "I'm not going back to prison." -
James started to drink his Strawberry Capichino then looked at Kai. "What else do you like to do?" he asked looking at Kai happily, glad that the girl wasn't there anymore. He finally felt free.

Kai finished his cake. "I like writing stories. It gives me an escape from reality," he said. "Hey, would you like to go to my house after this? I-it's find if you don't.." Kai rubbed the back of his head, realizing he sounded like a rapist when he said that. Placing his face on the table, he placed his arms on his head.
Carrie was now walking out of the game store, with slightly visible spots of red on her blouse. "Nobody disrespects me," she sung while twirling.
