James looked at Kai and smiled. "I'd love to." he said smiling as he looked into the depth of Kai's eyes. He took a sip of the Capichino and savored the last drop and waited for Kai to finish.

Kai stood up. "Let's get going." He walked toasted the door, holding it open until Carrie ran in. She had a crazed smile, her shirt was bloody and her pigtails were messed up. "I did it!" she screamed and held out an arm to Kai. Kai stared in fear as Carrie held out a dismembered arm to him.
She's gone mad. -

James saw Carrie walk in, and she was a bloody mess. He stumbled back into the waiter that had waited on them and then fell on the floor. "W-what I-is t-that?" he said pointing to the dismembered arm in Carries hand. -

Carrie screeched happily, "I killed him! I killed him!" she chanted and ran out. The arm was about 2 inches from Kai. He quickly went over to James, picked him up, and walked back to the door. "Let's get to my house. It's safe there because Carrie can't get in." -
James nodded, still shaken from the incident. "Y-yeah." he said, his veins filled the icy cold adrenaline that was telling him to get away from there, but his heart has telling his something else

Kai opened the door, holding it open for James. "I'm really sorry about that.." he shook his head, angered that Carrie did that.She's a madwoman. I can't deal with her anymore.. He thought. Carrie was stumbling through the streets, laughing crazily as she swung at people.

James looked at Kai. "It's ok." he lied, as he stepped through the door and looked at the neatness of the house. "This place is wonderful." he thought as he looked around in awe. -

Kai smiled. "Thanks. I try to keep it organized..and symmetrical." He liked how every wall was painted exactly the same, nearly mirror images of each other. A large cat stared down at James from the top of the stairs. It soon meowed, and jumped down. "Huh?" Kai looked and saw the cat. -

James smiled at the black cat as it padded over to him and he scratched behind it's ears. "It this your cat?" he was as he picked the cat up and nustled it in his arms.

Kai watched in shock. "Ditzy is never nice, I'm surprised he hasn't attacked you." Kai soon smiled. Lebanon ran down the stairs, with a bottle of beer in her hand. She sprawled onto the floor and clawed at James' leg. "Pet me! Nyaa~" she purred.

James looked at Kai and smiled and then at Lebanon. "Well.." he said, slightly laughing and then looked back at Kai. "I have that effect on everything." he blushed.

Lebanon grabbed James' leg and nibbled on it. Kai looked at Lebanon, poker-faced. "Leb, stop that's weird." Lebanon kept nibbling and ignored Kai. A gust of wind swirled into the room through an open window, causing Kai to shiver. "I'm going to bed. By the way, James, there's an extra room next to Lebanon's just in case you wanted to stay over."

James smiled. "I think that would be for the best, tonight anyways." he said as he finally patted Lebanons head. The cat leaped out of his arms and headed into the kitchen and sniffed the air. He yowled as he caught something's scent.
