With any experienced soaper? I really want to do a new soap right now because I have a couple of plots I want to use really badly.

Romance, fame, scandal, blindness, money. Hopefully this can be exciting, possibly. It will include room for fluffy things along with smut.
C1 is a very wealthy actor; famous for many heartthrob roles, where he is depicted as the handsome hunk who saves the day and gets the girls. One day, though, tabloids blow up with news. The 'womanizer' actor is spotted around town, presumably on a date- with a blind man and a service dog.
C2 meets C1 when his dog runs off and C2 helps him find it, not realizing he's interacting with one of the most famous actors in all of Los Angeles.
While the two are trying to develop a sort of relationship, including numerous dates and red carpet appearences, the media stands in their way, with stories covering that C1 is only with C2 for his body, and that C2 only wants him for his money because his welfare checks don't pay his bills.
We go from when they meet. I kind of want to be C2, but I'm fine with either role. Keep in mind, C1 is famous, so basically will be stalked almost everywhere he goes by paprazzi and fans. -

C1 is a human who's friend lives in the same apartment complex as him, a few doors down. C1's friend has been living with a dog hybrid for about a year, who he found in an alleyway near the apartments. The thing is- nobody else thinks hybrids are real, so they have to hide it. Well, the dog hybrid had apparently been abused by the scientist who made them and it took him a while to learn to talk (but he could understand other people, because the scientist simply wouldn't let him learn to speak but made sure he understood) and he didn't know things like how to read, or how to recognize shapes or colors. Well, C1 doesn't really like the hybrid because he thinks it's annoying, but then one day months and months later he's walking home and he finds C2, who's a cat hybrid in the same alleyway that the dog hybrid was in before. And the same sort of stuff is happening, in the sense that C2 is basically really confused and cringey towards people, and C1 never even really wanted a hybrid but the other friend can't take care of 2. How will the cat hybrid adjust? And will he be safe from the scientist or was it all just false hope?
Whoever plays C1 for this one will also play C4, which is the dog hybrid, and whoever plays C2 will also play C3, which is the friend with the dog hybrid. -
Wow, these plots do sound fairly interesting.
I'm not sure if you'd like to role-play with me, (I'm kind of an experienced one, but not as well as the ones you see on this site.)
Anyways, cool plots. -
