Jayne was just barely pulling her slip ons onto her feet as she ran down the hall towards the kitchen. She could already tell what her breakfast was going to be consisted of: A few mini doughnuts and a bottle of Gatorade. It wasn't much, but she didn't have the time to worry about that. Huffing, she grabbed her bag, fixed her hair, and found her small breakfast. She spent mere seconds scarfing the food down and running out the door. "This must be what a 100 years of no school does to you!" She puffed to herself as she hurried down the street towards her school.

Hendrix glared at all of the other teens, wondering if any of them would actually end up being worthy opponents. Being the son of the first magic users wasn't useless; he had powers beyond most. Well, limited still, but he was fantastic with what he knew. And even his little brother couldn't match him. He hated this, this "meeting" time. It was all a waste of precious time. And even Abel, who usually liked people, seemed to be agreeing with him. At least, it seemed that way, Hendrix thought. Just look at his pouty face..
One of Hendrix's trainers stood on a chair and coughed loudly to get everyone's attention. "Alright, everyone! Today you're all in for a lovely treat. We all will be helping you meet new magic users in an attempt to get everyone to make friends and also learn about new magic. You have been automatically assigned a partner, so please listen for your name!" -
Sophie hurried quickly to school a few minutes after anothe incident with cars, the girl was partially a walking disaster, but she made it in time. She was litterally early, but that gave her a bit more time for research, which means more time to read. She walked quietly down the halls, not really making much of a sound as she travelled to her destination, the library. Sneaking in, she counted how long it took her to break in since the woman wasn't there to unlock it for her, and was able to creep in at about four minutes flat. Now the real fun had began, trying to find 100 years of information in a short amount of time, which would soon be extremely difficult, seeing as most humans were frozen for a hundred years and no information was collected, but everything has a trail of some kind.

Clona finally gathered up the courage to head inside of the school. She was already late anyways; she didn't want the school to think she was ditching, that wouldn't look too well.
Things were hard for Clona since her father was killed and her mother went off to God knows where. Her aunt and uncle from her fathers side and taken her in since they had lost their child. They were good, nice people, but Clona still missed her parents.

A heavy sigh escaped Lucas's lips and he ran his fingers through his hair. He tried his best not to facepalm at that moment. A partner? Really? He didn't want a partner! He liked it better when he personally trained with the instructor. He had a pretty good grip on his powers for his age, and being the cocky teen he was, he didn't need a partner! Well, he didn't want one anyways. -
