So I got inspired to do this by learning that Taylor Swift's Mom has cancer. It is really sad because I know how close Taylor and her Mon are and I really hate it when somebody has cancer.
So a bunch of kids or teens are in a hospitel because they have cancer. They can become friends with each other or not. You can also play the childs sibling or parents but no need to make a charater sheet for them.

You can already have been in the hospitel or you could just start to go. Like one day Lilly was not feeling well so she went to the doctor and found out she had cancer. These children/teens must have cancer bad enough to go to the hospitel, but they probbly will not die unless you want them to. -
