Thread Topic: since i'm in 1 soap right now, i have room for another.

so, yeah. id like to do it with someone i know or experienced with this stuff. (a year in, at the minimum.) but i might soap with you if you qualify.
blacklist: puppet master, marceline, and care bear.
if you are on the blacklist, it is because you are in far too many soaps/role plays and/or are undependable. (undependable as in i cannot safely assume you will be dedicated to this soap and not ditch it halfway through.) -
addition to the blacklist: cody17
-
How about I, good sir?
-
you work, good sir. let me type up a plot.
-
Then I shall await for your plot.
-
i guess i should put a plot or something, huh?
ahem... *clears throat*
(note in advance: this story takes place in the world of elder scrolls. aka skyrim, oblivion, dagger fall, etc.)
it's the dawn of the steam punk age. the age of swords and shields has started to end and is in the middle of advancing, but still, not everyone is quite there. (meaning there is still weapons similar to swords and shields, but its more like switch axes or gun blades.) many of the villages and cities are scrambling over each other for resources, and not before long, many speculate a war to break out over it. soon enough, it does. this war has two sides, the nordic alliance and the celtic bond.
the nordic alliance is a war-hungry civilization. they crave war as if it was internet p---. they cant get enough of it. many people in not only the celtic bond but also in the nordic alliance beleive it was the nordic alliances king, Mcduncan havenscar who was the one who called for war in the first place. the advantages to being a soldier in the nordic alliances is natural strength and the witts of a commanding officer (the people who try to control the tide of battle through strategic moves), since battle and combat skills is a natural class in the schools there. a disadvantage of being a part of their kingdom is a bias opinion on why their kingdom has the rights to the minerals since naturally, with brawn comes a lack of self-opinion when it comes to making decisions based on your home land. (for example, if you were born in a state such as texas, you would likely grow up in a society that supports the football team the longhorns and thus, as a result, develop a bias opinion for the team since you grew up around people who thought the same thing.)
the celtic bond is a bond of many smaller kingdoms, meanwhile the nordic alliance is made up of only two very large kingdoms. the celtic bond is ruled by high elves when it comes to royalty, but there are more races than that in their high council. (a high council is like a group of representatives for each kingdom. the nordic alliance does not have this. they have a complete monarchy, meant a central king and/or queen has all the power.) the celtic bond is a much more peaceful side, preferring to talk things over rather than wage large wars. but, if needed, they will fight, and they are no pushovers. natural advantages of being in one of the many kingdoms in the celtic bond are a cunning mind and a large boost to ones natural ability to archery and magic, since the larger population is elven. the second largest race in the celtic bond is the kajeiit, which explains the cunning minds. this allows you to trick and bend you and others words to your advantage or trick others into believing you. a disadvantage to being apart of this side is you arent as skilled in combat when it comes to brute force, and cant take as many hits.
there is also a middle side, which is simply called by both sides, the 'neutrals'. if you choose this side, you only gain the advantages and disadvantages on the race and class you choose, and receive no other boosts. the neutrals have no interest in war and are more of a paid mercenary side if anything.
