Jack kept silent at the girls loud outburst. 'Why did people think vampires were a myth?' he wondered to himself.

Jack looked at her with a calm look. "Calm down. I'm the only vampire in this town. I won't hurt you."

"I will protect you." Jack pulled her into a warm embrace, hugging her. He could not controll his actions, its as if he was being controlled by a force of love for this girl. "Nothing will harm you as long as i'm here."

Jack gave her a smile. "It won't be any trouble." Jack looked at her, his red eyes gleaming in the sun. The myth and stories about vampires were not real. Sunlight was a bit calming to them, but yes... nightime was their favorite time of day. "If anyone tries to harm you my dear, i will kill them." Jack replied, his tone warm and kind.
