Ben gave a little sound of approval at the touch, not that he needed to; Noel and he had been together long enough to know each other's bodies like their own, even if their sex had been a little less often. While Noel played at that, Ben touched at the man's sides, traveling up and down as his fingers felt fondly at his skin.

Noel began working his own pants off with one hand, while the other stayed at Ben's chest, teasing him lightly. He leaned down, kissing him deeply, before muttering a soft, sincere, "I love you."

Ben's hands stopped on the man's waist on either side, holding them there. He smiled when the kiss was over and he heard Noel's words. "I know. I love you too," he hummed.

He paused in his attention, sighing softly. "Ben, baby, really. If you have a problem, I want to help. Or.. Or, get professional help. Baby, please."
