"I don't really..." her sentenced was interrupted by him tugging her towards the dancefloor, and although they were in the less crowded part, she still wasn't feeling very comfortable. "What's your name, anyways?"
(Oh ok xD) -
"My name?" He smirked. "The name's Landon. And your name..?" He glanced over his shoulder where there were a bunch of drunks screaming and yelling. Then Landon saw what it was. There were two drunk guys fighting, and one of them had a knife.
-
"Hm. Landon." she thought on the name a bit, how the letters slipped out of her mouth. "Sara." she answered, looking past him. She saw a fight breaking out, everyone was spreading away from 2 unstable looking men. "Want to get out of here?" she asked, her eyes darting between the men and Landon.
-
Landon nodded and gently pulled her with him past the fight and outside of the club. "Sara? Hm." He stopped outside of the club looking down at her. "Well, Sara, I am not officially making it my job to show you how to have real fun."
-
(You mean *now?)
"Ok. I'm up for that." she smiled a bit, looking at him. He was quite pretty, really. Or maybe it was just the lack of sleep, making her think that way. -
(Yas xD)
Landon was about to say something else when his phone rang. He pulled it out of his pocket and pressed it to his ear. "Hey...Yes, Mrs.Monstraw, I'm coming." Landon sighed and hung up. "I gotta go, but I'll see you. I don't need your number; trust me." He flashed one of his mischievous grins and walked away towards Mrs.Monstraw's place. -
(Ok xD)
She tilted her head to the side, watching him go. "Hm." she sighed, turning to walk back to her house. This one was different from the rest. -
When Landon was back at the old woman's house, he talked to her for a bit, then went upstairs to the guest room. He was very tired, and fell asleep quite quickly once he was warm in the bed.
-
She circled around the house to the back door. Sneaking out was easy, but sneaking back in was the hard part. She slowly opened the door and stepped into the dark living room. She was halfway across the kitchen when a bright light switched on. Her younger brother stopped and stared at her for a bit, before opening his mouth. "MO-" his shout was muffled by his sister's hand over his mouth. "Shhh. You're gonna get me grounded, kid." she yelled in a whisper. "Here, don't tell them. Go back to bed." She ordered, shoving a $5 bill in his hand. He nodded and scurried back upstairs. Sara followed, letting out a sigh of relief as she fell down onto her bed.

(I'm time skipping to morning .3.)
Landon awoke to the smell of fresh pancakes. He stretched for a minute, then walked over to the dresser. He had some clothing items still here from when he had stayed at the old woman's house before. Hell, he basically lived here. Landon slipped into boxers and tan shorts, deciding it was too hot for a shirt. He went downstairs and found Mrs.Monstraw lying on the floor, not moving. Pancakes and busted glass were on the floor, the glass from the plate. Landon gasped and pulled out his phone dialing 911. -
(Kay .3.)
Sara slowly opened her eyes and pulled her phone out. She groaned at the fact that her body had woken her up at 9 AM, but 9 hours of sleep was enough. Noticing that she still had on the same clothes from last night, she slipped out of bed and changed into more comfortable jean short and a flowy white shirt with blue flowers, that covered her shoulders, of course. She walked downstairs and joined her family in making breakfast, thankful that Saturday was waffle day. "What are you wearing?" her mother ask, just as she had walked into the kitchen. "Clothes...?" she responded, grabbing 4 glasses. -
*asked
-
The ambulance got there fairly quick, but it was too late. She had apparently had a heart attack and died within minutes. Landon didn't stay to watch them take the body out. He grabbed his clothes and stuffed them in his black bag, got his headphones and skateboard and left. Landon walked down to the sidewalk and threw the bag over his shoulders. He threw on some black Converse and decided to stay shirtless. Landon hopped on his skateboard and started heading towards town.
-
She filled the glasses with orange juice and set them on the table. "No, the shorty-shorts, Sara." her mom stated, setting the plate of waffles down on the middle of the table. "They're normal shorts, mom. They don't even go above my fingertips." she answered, putting 2 waffles on her plate. "Don't get smart with me." her mother warned her, before sitting down at the table to eat. Sara ate her food quickly and gulped the orange juice down before getting up.

Landon rode past the same club he went to last night and kept going until he reached the bakery. He rode his skateboard past the open doors. The people eating inside the cafe gave him dirty looks, but Landon didn't care. He rode up to the counter then stopped himself, pulling all the money he had out of his bookbag. He slammed all he had, 120$, on the counter. "Give me as many doughnuts as this can buy. I'll pick them up in an hour." Without waiting for an answer, he rode out of the bakery.
