A pale figure soon approached her vision making her push her legs harder. It was that guy from earlier! She huffed a breath of dismay, keeping her strides long and even. She had to be first today, just like any other one. -
Tyler was having a great time running and was feeling no pain whatsoever. Running came easy to him, just like how breathing came easy to humans. His muscles didnt burn nor ache with each step he took.

Her breathes came heavy now as she pushed her body to keep level with his. Riley felt her legs almost buckle as the finishing point came I to view. Right until the end her legs gave out causing her body to colapse. She tried getting up, breathing deeply, but it they couldn't do it.

When he saw the girl fall, Tyler slowed to a stop. He really did want to help but what if he bit her? He wouldn't forgive himself if he bit her, but he wouldn't forgive himself if he didnt help her. Tyler walked over to where the girl layers in long strides, the grass crunching under his feet. Tyler looked down at the girl and extended his long, pale arm.

Riley took the hand, noting the firmness of his grasp and how cool it was. When she finally stood up, she hung her arms over her head and mumbled a thanks. Oh, God, that looked bad... She thought as the rest of the class began running past them.

He saw everyone run past them. Even without human blood in him, Tyler could sense her humiliation. Tyler look towards the large group of kids and whispered under his breath "Fall." He sent a large, invisible blast of power towards the group and everyone but them fell to the hard ground.

Riley chuckled at the kids, until she realized what happened. She turned to the boy, "Did you... do that?" She briskly pulled out the band in her hair, and shook it out.

Tyler looked down at the girl. He traced with his eyes the veins on her neck and on her wrists. "Maybe I did..Maybe I didnt." He stared at her neck as his fangs grew out quickly. -
(O rly?)
Her sudden confusion was soon replaced with suprise and fright. "What the..." She mumbled, backing into the wired fence behind herself. Fangs, he had fangs! Maybe she imagined it from the running, or maybe she didn't... -

Tyler followed the girl slowly as she backed into the wired fence, trying not to scare her. He leaned down so his face was only inches from hers. He knew she could feel his cold breath. -
"Who are you?" She whispered looking down at his lips, then to his eyes. The fence made a small clanging sound as her back hit it. For a second her eyes darted to the kids filing into the building, some stealing glances at the two before letting her gaze drift back to him.

Tyler tilted his head and stared at her. "Depends on what you mean." He took another step foward so his chest was against hers and his mouth was right next to her ear. In a soft voice he added, "The normal me, or the monster that I'm trying to fight away right now?"

Riley smiled as a soft blush rose to her cheeks. "I'd like to know about the monster, what it is." She whispered. By now, it was only the two outside, everyone else most likely dressing out.

"Wrong choice." Tyler ran his fingers through her hair gently, careful not to pull. Then her neck was completely and utterly exposed to him. Tyler leaned down because he was taller than her and pressed his mouth to the side of her neck. The fangs grew out longer and eventually touched her skin.

Riley blinked in confusion until she realized what was happening, but she was too late. His touch sent her blissful shivers, wanting them to be closer. Pain didn't even register as she closed her eyes.
