  Riley sighed, grabbing a cotton ball, then tilting the bottle over it. "I'm sure it will, Tyler." She gently pressed it to one of the open wounds on his back, as if it would help. She dabbed it a couple times, carefully over the shallow cut.

  Tyler used his Power to block out all the pain once she pressed the cotton ball against his skin. He hummed as the cut started to heal.
