Tyler shook his head. "I can do it myself layer. It dosen't hurt that bad.." He lied. Monika shrugged. "Whatever you say. I'm gonna go. Tell Logan I might come over tommorow~" With that, Monika dissaeared. Tyler slowly walked down the hallway that led to the room where he had slept last night. He wasn't that tired, but his back was burning. He reached the room and sat on the bed, pulling the curtains that surrounded the bed closed. -
Riley kicked off her shoes, slipped off her socks, and eased into her queen sized bed. It seemed like it had been forever since she had been home, though, it wasn't the exact definition of home to her. She had lights around the top wall of her room, and various plans growing on her long windowsill. Riley sighed what had happened in the last twelve hours.

Tyler crawled out of the bed a few minutes later and stood in front of the mirro, examining what had happened to himself. He had whip marks on his stomach, back, and upper arms. They were all covered in blood and burned all to hell. Tyler sighed.

She heard laughs coming from down stairs, then a happy squeal. Riley turned to her side and covered her body. This wasn't right that her father was into prostitutes. These weren't real relationships, and they certainly wouldn't help getting over her mother. She closed her eyes as the front door was closed, and soon after, loud foot steps were coming upstairs. -

Tyler decided it would be better just to leave the cuts alone. He thought about putting on a shirt, but decided to just wear his black jeans. He opened the door to his room and wandered down the hallways, looking at paintings on the wall. -

Anyways, her dad gets all abusive, she runs away, bumps into one of the boys while she goes into the woods??)
"You weren't here, brat!" He slurred. He must've had a sip before he got up there. "I-I was at a friend's house." She said defensively, and scrambled out of bed. His eyes were bloodshot, and had dark circles. "I-I-" He cut her off, punching her square in the jaw. Riley yelped, falling back, holding her face. She scrambled out of the room, skipping steps as she ran down stairs. Meanwhile, her father seemed to be stumbling. Riley darted out the door heading to the woods. -

Tyler decided to go on a short walk. He left out the backdoor, barefoot and shirtless. He walked into the woods that surrounded the river. The leaves and sticks did no hurt his feet because of his Power. The leaves under his feet made noises as he walked deeper into the dark woods. -

She darted to where she had come from, about twenty minutes ago, scaling a fence, then getting ready to hop over the stuko wall. Her father was enraged, screaming obscenities, trailing behind her. She had forgotten to put her shoes back on, now suffering as things and rocks stabbed at bare feet. She had been good at running, but so was her father somehow. Riley was looking behind herself for a moment, until she bumped into something- No, someone. "Tyler! Oh my god." She mumbled, looking back. -

Tyler wasn't really paying attention when the girl from earlier ran into him. "Hello." He said. Tyler looks behind the girl, where a man was running towards them. Tyler didn't know the stranger, so he quickly picked up the girl from earlier and used his Power to go faster than the average human and run back to the mansion. -

Riley gasped at the sudden act, holding on to him, and closed her eyes. When they got to the mansion she opened her eyes, her eyes moistened. "Wait, Tyler, you hurt. But.. How?" -

Tyler stopped when they got to the mansion and put her down at the door. He looked down and saw the cuts from the whip had re opened. "Oh. Don't worry about it." -
"No, it's not. I know how to deal with this. Do you have a first aid kit anywhere?" She asked, eyeing his toned stomach. Riley would've blushed if it where a different situation.

Tyler sighed and opened the back door, walking into the kitchen. He reached up and grabbed the first aid kit from the shelf and handed it to the girl.

"I'd think it'd be better if you sat down." She said, opening the box. There was a medium sized bottle of alcohol, gauze, bandaid, some cotton balls, and ointment.
