It's something along the lines of a nurse/doctor in a mental hospital helping the patient. I've also got some other ideas as well. -

Okay so C1's parents shoved him/her into a mental hospital for seeing things others didn't, cutting, and attempted suicide. C2 works at the hospital, and is soon a signed to work with and take care of C1. In a few days C2 is allowed to take C1 to their house and start working with him/her in a cozier invironment. Can C2 truly help C1? -
