"I know but, I don't want your help. I don't want to be weak anymore." Angela whispered softly as she held close to Chase. Closing her eyes for a moment as she sighed. Opening her eyes Angela looked over to the side blushing for a moment. "I-I just n-need support f-from you t-that's all." Angela stuttered as she sighed. "Just forget it. Where are we going exactly?" Angela asked trying to change the topic.

Nightmare looked around before she saw a light in the distance before she sprinted in the direction of the light.'I have a hideout that when can stay at...I used to be like that once but the government gave me these powers...'She thought as a hidden burn mark showed on her leg.

"Okay." Angela said as Chase slowly woke up. "Hrm, Angela. Where are we?" Chase asked as he yawned. With a smile of sadness, Angela chuckled and responded to his question. "We're going somewhere we'll he safe." Angela thought of the words she had just said. Lies, knowing Chris he'll never stop. Angela thought as she bit hard down onto her bottom lip.

Nightmare huffed as her ears went backwards as her mouth pulled back into a small snarl before it disappeared as her tail swissed.She suddenly stopped as she looked at the steal covered building before she placed her right paw on it as she was scanned in.She walked inside as the door closed behind her.

Angela looked around at her surroundings. With a sigh Angela held Chase and looked down at Nightmare. "Hey, Nightmare. S-sorry for being a burden. It must bother you having to carry us." Angela blushed lightly as she spoke. Hiding her face behind Chase's back. Sighing, Angela closed her eyes feeling useless once again.

Nightmare shook her head before laying down so they could get off as she lowered one of her ears, closing one eye. She then looked at Angela then at Chase before poking him with her nose .

Getting off of Nightmare, Angela couldn't help but hold Chase close with a bright blush on her cheeks. She kept her gaze from the two, she was embarrassed and flustered. Always so kind and know what to say but, still asking for help is embarrassing. Angela thought as Chase chuckled softly. Looking down at Chase she realized Nightmare poked Chase. Why does this make me want to kiss her? Is it just how cute she is with kids? Angela thought as she soon moved her gaze around the area. Focusing on everything else but her thoughts.

Nightmare shifted back to normal as she tapped her chin with a finger before an idea went off in her head.She suddenly reached behind Angela's ear and magically pulled out a gold coin as she grinned widely.

Angela blushed as she stared up at Nightmare. Using her hands Angela covered her cheeks. She soon remembered a special promise and made her cheeks burn from embarrassment. "H-hey, N-Nightmare, remember our p-promise?" Angela asked in a soft, mumbling voice. Soon she looked down, keeping her gaze from Nightmare. Overall, Chase was amazed at Nightmare's magic trick. "Oh! Magic, more, more!" Chase proclaimed loudly with joy. He smiled brightly as he looked over at Nightmare, tugging her shirt for more magic tricks.

Nightmare looked at Angela as she nodded her head with a small smile before looking down at Chase.She chuckled softly as she smiled."Okay but I'm going to be a little rusty with this since I haven't done this in five years"She said as she looked around before grabbing a stack of cards from a shelf and shuffled them,some having spades and hearts in them.She then held them out with them facing down and out of her sight"Pick a card and then show Angela".She then closed her eyes.

With bright eyes Chase picked a card as he looked at Angela. "Don't tell her Angela!" Chase said showing Angela the card, making sure it was out Nightmare's line of vision. Queen of hearts, hm? Nightmare's definitely a queen. No matter what. Angela thought as a blush crept up onto her cheeks. Chase soon covered the card with a smile. "Did you see the card?" Chase asked looking over at Angela. With a smile Angela nodded. "Did you peek?" Chase asked Nightmare with a bit of a serious expression yet his expression seemed silly.

"I swear on my heart I didn't peek"Nightmare said as she still had her eyes closed"Now put it on this stack of cards".She then puts them back into a stack and took the cards on the top and hid them behind her back and held the bottom stack of cards out to Chase.

Chase placed the card on the top of the stack presented to him. With a smile he was excited for what was going to happen. He believed with all his heart that Nightmare was amazing. Amazing, she got him wrapped around her finger. In just pure amazement. Angela thought with a smile. Chase tugged on Angela's shirt and frowned. "Stop, stop spacing out." He said softly looking at Angela in her eyes. Nodding, Angela smiled faintly looking down at him. "Sorry." The word was barely a whisper but just for Chase and none other than him.

Nightmare brought out the other stack that was hidden before she pressed them together and brought them to her face before blowing into her hand.She then opened her hand as the cards were all gone except one and held it up to reveal the Queen of Hearts.

Chase smiled and looked at Angela. "Is that it?" Chase asked with a smile. "Yes it is." Angela said with a smile. "Teach me the magic trick Night!" Chase said looking at the card with amazement. Angela smiled and looked at the two. Cute. Angela thought. Angela soon leaned closer to Nightmare and gently kissed her cheek. Angela didn't back away from Nightmare but, instead whispered into Nightmare's ear. "I'm sorry, Night. I'm sorry for everything." Angela soon had taken a step back from Nightmare as Chase looked confused at the two but, he completely ignored it overall.
