"Sorry Chase but a magician never reveals her secret"Nightmare said as she tapped her chin with a secretive smile.She then looked at Angela as her wolf ears went backwards slightly and her tail swissed softly'I love you and I could never hate you"She thought to Angela as she looked at a picture of her and Shade winning a race with a golden trophy beside it.

"Aw." Chase said as he tugged on her shirt gently. Angela blushed lightly and grabbed on Nightmare's tail softly. She gently played with Nightmare's tail with a darkened blush. I promised we'll do it later after we adopted Chase. When are we going to do it? Angela thought, knowing Nightmare would hear her thought. Chase looked confused but, without effort smiled at the two.

Nightmare grinned and ruffled Chase's hair as she chuckled.She twitched her ears as her tail moved a bit from Angela's touch.'I could call Shade and see if he doesn't mind watching Chase for a while....'She thought to Angela as she shrugged.

Sounds nice. Angela thought with a smile. She then softly stroked Nightmare's tail. Slowly making sure her hand was out of Chase's view. She chuckled softly as Chase smiled widely at Nightmare. He gently tugged on her shirt as he spoke. "More magic tricks please!" Angela smiled and blushed lightly as she moved her hand from Nightmare's tail to the tips of her ears. "Nightmare and I have something to do. So, Nightmare is going to ask Shade to watch you and show you magic tricks." Angela said with a snicker. Sorry Shade but, a promise is a promise. Angela thought as she glanced a bit at Nightmare.

Nightmare took out her communicator as she called Shade.After a few moments of ringing,Shade's voice came in."Shade could you do me a favor and watch Chase for us?...."She asked as Shade replied with a sure but he wants to get paid for it.Nightmare sighed as she reached into her pocket and took out some money"Fine,just come to the hideout"She said before hanging up.

Angela chuckled softly at Nightmare and smiled. "He wants to get paid? For watching such a cutie?" Angela said as she glanced at Chase. Chase frowned and looked at the two. He huffed and poked Nightmare's stomach. "I wanna play with you! Not Shade!" Chase said now upset and knowing Shade was going to babysit him. Angela chuckled and kissed Nightmare's cheek gently. "You handle him. I'm going to walk around for a bit. Just teleport to me when you're ready." Angela whispered gently to Nightmare. She chuckled once more before leaving, walking around on her own.

Nightmare nodded before she picked up Chase and poked his nose."Alright but just for a minute..."she said as she chuckled and walks towards a picture of her in a golden cloak in a fighting stance."Years ago when I was 12,I was the youngest one to ever advance from a student to a teacher in a few days"She said as she touch the picture and softly sighs.
Shade suddenly teleports near the door as he leaned against the wall and folded his arms. -
Chase smiled looking at the picture. "I want to be just like you Night!" Chase said as he looked at the picture his eyes filled with amazement and respect for Nightmare. Angela walked around the base doing her best to remember her surroundings. With a sigh Angela walked towards a door. She looked behind her with a smile. "Hope she doesn't mind me looking around in the rooms." Angela whispered to herself as she entered the room.
The room she entered was rather small, only with a small bed, a dresser, another door perhaps leading to the bathroom or some sort and lastly a small bookshelf. "Such a nice room." Angela whispered to herself as she settled down on the bed. Leaning her back into the mattress as she got comfortable. With a chuckle Angela stared at the ceiling. Letting her thoughts entertain her. Angela remembered all the good times back then and the recent...enjoyable memories the small group shared. -
Nightmare chuckled as she gently puts Chase down before ruffling his head with a smile."Alright then.."She said as she looked at Shade with a serious look before walking over to him.Shade looked at his sister as he sweatdropped and smiled nervously at Nightmare"I'll do a good job,I promise"

Angela chuckled softly to herself as she sat up and glanced at the small room. Soon standing Angela walked towards the bookshelf. Feeling sudden anxiety Angela decided to just read the titles presented on the side of the book. Reading each book's title with a smile Angela blushed lightly. Hrm, I shouldn't be walking around like this. It's weird isn't it? Angela thought as she returned to be seated on the mattress. Sighing, once again Angela laid back onto the bed.

Nightmare rolled her eyes before teleporting to Angela as she sat down on the floor."Angela.....I'm I a....a monster...to you....."She mumbled to her as she adverted her gave to the floor as her ears lowered.

"No, Nightmare not at all. Why would you think that?" Angela asked as she looked st Nightmare. "Come sit down and tell me everything. I'm here to listen. Well, now I am." Angela said softly. She soon sat up creating space for Nightmare upon her mattress. Angela leaned against the wall and closed her eyes as she did so. With closed eyes and Nightmare by her side Angela felt relaxed. It was just so soothing to her even though Nightmare must have been feeling terrible.

"I-I had a......a vision(lel can't spell or not)....of my..other side,taking control a-a-and killing you while the real me was locked inside......and then killing my only brother and everyone else and.....after that,I was all alone in a pitch black area with some kind of demonic and sadistic laugh ringing in my head......"Nightmare said as she covered her face before she turned invisible out of her thoughts and fear but an outline showed that she was still there.

Angela chuckled softly at Nightmare and smiled. "Oh, Night. I know you'll never do that. I just know it. I promise it won't." Angela said as looked up at the ceiling. Angela sighed and messed with her hair a bit. "On top of that, you love me too much for that to happen. You love everyone and I know if your other side were to take over. You'll find a way to control it. You'll do it for the ones you love." Angela blushed lightly as she spoke. Soon she laid down on the bed her stomach facing the mattress. Angela turned her head to the side so she was facing the other side of the room with a smile.

Nightmare looked at Angela as she turned visible before she rolled her over and pulled her up to her as she softly kisses her.She blushed lightly from doing this so quickly and yet didn't give a care in the world.
