Shade went back into the car as his eyes changed blue with a white glow in the center."Night.....answer me....There's a reason why you are sending your aura to me...." He said as he placed two fingers on his forehead.'A-A-Angel-Angela.....I-I-I got....' Nightmare's voice ranged from in her mind as a cough and wheeze came after the half sentence from her.Shade frowned"Night......they've got her...."

Angela heard Shade's words and froze. It felt like time just to be slowing down as she sat there. Unable to do anything. "Out of the seat, you're not going fast enough." Angela said practically pushing Chris out of the seat. She quickly took his place and drove forgetting her safety. The car went a bit faster then before. The path getting more risky. "Angela slow down! We could all get hurt and then this will be for nothing." Chris said anger filling himself. "I don't care. I just want Nightmare with me!" Angela yelled at Chris as she sped up the pace of the car. "Shade tell me where she is please!" Angela said glancing over at him silently only for a few seconds though.

"It is best if I took you guys their myself.....even if it risks my life to protect you two....." Shade said before he moved to the center."Stop the car and take my hand.....both of you....I'll teleport us there..." He said in an emotionless voice as his eyes glowed red before looking at them.

Angela slowed the car down and put it to a halt. Taking Shade's hand without hesitation. Chris took his hand into Shade's and shook his head. "Nightmare wouldn't be so happy if she lost a family member. Her last. Now would she? It's best to protect each other right?" Chris said smiling. Angela nodded sighing looking off to the distance. I don't care if I have to risk my life. As long as Nightmare comes back alive. Angela thought as Chris lightly tapped her shoulder. "Stay safe." Chris didn't know what was going to happen but something tragic could result in the worst case scenario.

Shade sighed before he teleported them outside a facility building as he lets go of their hands before walking towards a closed steel door.He grabbed the door tightly before ripping it off its hinges as he puts it down carefully before motioning them to follow as he went inside,his senses alerted and eyes glowing.He sensed a guard walking towards their direction before he popped out and grabbed the man as he covered their mouth."You're going to tell me where my sister is at and don't waste my time.....as I can end your life in the matter of seconds....understand...?.." Shade whispered coldly as his voice got meancing after each word he said as his eyes turned blood red.

Angela felt a shiver go down her spine. Soon shaking her head she sighed, her face becoming emotionless. Though her eyes showed her sadness. I just want Nightmare to be safe and sound. I just hope she's alright. I don't want anything bad to happen to her. I love her too much to even wish-no to even think about anything bad will or might happen to. Angela thought as she bit on her bottom.

Shade listened as he got directions before he snapped the guards neck and hiding the body.He then came back and motions for them to follow.He froze after hearing a scream/screech and he instantly knew it was his sister."Night......What are they doing to you....?...." He said as he started back walking before he saw a light and two shadows,one tied up and the other standing up."Do one of you know how to use a gun?...." He asked them as he glared at the standing shadow.

Angela looked at the corpse as Shade hidden it. Angela shook her head continuing the rescue with the other two. "Why would we need to use a gun? Is there really any reason to do so? It's just shadows." Angela said to Shade looking at the shadows. "I can." Chris said as he looked over at Shade. "It's just for protection purposes, Angel." Chris said gently over to her. Angela felt her mind wandering off every now and then as they were there to rescue Angela's lover. Sighing, Angela continued to look at the shadows.

Shade took out a gun from his side and gave it to Chris before creating a ball of shadows.He then moved closer as the shadows talked and one of them was his sister."Why don't you give me your power and I might not put more pain on you than you already have..."A male voice said as he glared down at Nightmare's bleeding and beaten up form.Nightmare growled softly as she winced when she moved."N-Never....."She mustered out weakly as she coughed and wheezed.The male sneered,clearly annoyed with her before he took out a syringe filled with poison and walked up to Nightmare and held her head forcefully as he injected the poison into her neck.Nightmare yelled as she squirmed weakly as the poison puts her in alot of pain.Shade aimed the shadow ball before he shot it at the man before turning into his demon form as he flew in and hissed as he grabbed the man with his claws and threw him.

Chris did his best to aim at the man. Angela just stood there, listening and watching. In her eyes everything seemed so slow and painful. Angela felt the tears in her eyes as she walked closer to the shadow whom seemed to be Nightmare. "Nightmare.." Angela said softly. It's all my fault, this is all my fault. It's because of me this is happening. She thought of this as she grew closer and closer to Nightmare. Angela soon stopped in her tracks looking down at Nightmare. Seeing how this is all her fault and no one else to blame. Chris focus soon drifted to Angela concerned for her. He tried his best to focus on aiming but, it was difficult for him. Putting him up for the challenge of trying to save Nightmare for Angela.

Shade turned into his best form as he towered over the man,his eyes blazing red.The man looked up at the beast as he gulped,sweat running down his head in fear.He soon backed up as he saw the beast mouth open and hovered over his body before he screamed.His screams were cut short when Shade snapped his mouth shut,crushing the man with his jaws.Nightmare wheezed and gagged as her eyes were halfway open and looked up at Angela with dull and pained eyes."........A-Ange-......A-Angela...."Nightmare mustered out as she fell on her side as she weakly moved her hand.

Angela cover her mouth with her small hands looking down at Nightmare. "My god, Night..this is all my fault." Angela said bending down. She didn't want to touch her for fair she might just cause more pain to Nightmare. Angela couldn't do anything but just be as close as possible to her. "I'm so sorry Nightmare. This is all my fault." Angela said biting her bottom lip. Fighting back tears and upcoming sobs.

Nightmare looked at her before she raised her hand and weakly puts it on her cheek."N-No......A-Angela.......It's not-..."She turned her head and coughed before looking back up at her"It's....n-not your fault.....I-I'm the one....w-who should be sorry....."Nightmare said as she felt a prick in her neck.Shade injected something that cured poison as he held her gently before taking out the syringe out and putting it away."Night.....you need to rest....don't force yourself...."Shade said as he carefully picked his sister up.Nightmare nodded slowly as she closed her eyes,her breathing steadying to show the cure is working.

Angela just sat there wanting to cry, wanting to just disappear. Chris helped Angela up with a frown upon his face. "Come on Angel, let's go." Chris said as he held Angela close to him as they walked. Angela was just frozen in reality. She couldn't believe what just happened before. Though, she says it wasn't my fault it's the other way around. It is my fault, there is no other way around. I should have never done it. Once we get home, I just have to go back in time. I can't see her in pain like this. Angela thought as she felt Chris' warmth against her. Her thoughts just washing over her.
