  When she came down stairs she glanced at Neko, then went to the kitchen to eat breakfast. Heather sat, now bored with her toys. The food was about room temperature now, she didn't mind though, as she sat down. Emily had left half of the eggs in the pan.

  Emily glanced up from her plate. Neko was looking at her. She raised an eyebrow, and took a small sip of her orange juice.

  When she finished finished, she set her dishes in the sink, and washed her hands. Heather looked at Neko and crawled over to him.

  While Neko was in the room with Heather, she brought a sherpa blanket from the hall closet, and curled up on the couch. She turned on the TV and started scrolling through the various channels provided.

  She stopped at what seemed to be some old movie. A couple was hiding in a dark place, maybe a closet, with very dim lighting. Meanwhile, a man in a mask advanced slowly, with a running chainsaw in his arms. Emily set down the remote and kept watching the movie.
