(Yeah if you still want to ^-^ I think it's your turn to post. Unless if I'm stupid and I was waiting for you when it was actually my turn xD)
The kindness that Dean was showing her was unbelievable and something that Saffron hadn't seen for a long time. She ran her fingers through her hair to see if she could get it under control and then she looked down at herself. In no way did she look fitting for the day, but she didn't care. She didn't have a whole bunch of wasted people around her house so that was a good score. Slowly, she walked towards the door and she opened it and made her way to where she was guessing the kitchen was. -
I'll look hold on xD))
Dean was making pancakes and bacon. The coffee was brewing and the whole scene looked like something from tv. Pouring himself a cup of coffee he looked up as Saffron walked in. "Goodmorning." He said quietly with a slight smile before he turned back to his cooking.
Mouth watering smells filled the room and wafted around the apartment. The orange cat was waiting for bacon and meowing grumpily up at Saffron as he wrapped himself around her legs. -
haha kk :P))
"Morning," Saffron said while managing a smile which looked just a bit odd on her bruised face. she looked down at the cat and picked him up, holding him in her arms while petting the animal at the same time. The smell of the wonderful food wrapped around her, making her stomach growl a little. "You know," she started out. "I can't thank you enough for all that you're doing... Really, I can't. This means more than you probably think and... I don't know how I"m going to pay you back for all of this." -
Le bumped~ Omg I'm so hungry I'm about to die.)
The cat snorted and purred his broken yet loud pur. "Oh it's really no big deal." He stated simply even though he knew it was a lot more to her then she thought he thought. "I would do it again in a heart beat." He said softly and put bacon and two pancakes on a plate and then a plate with four pancakes. "Shall we eat?"
He brought the plates over to the kitchen table where butter and syrup already sat out. Dean sat down at his spot and started to butter his pancakes. -
yee~ awe, no food? D:))
Carefully, Saffron set the cat back on the ground and she walked over to the table and sat across from Dean. She ripped up her pancakes with her fingers and then she put a bit of syrup on it, then began to eat the meal faster than she should have; if she kept that pace up she'd probably make herself sick and throw up. -
I'm at a Christmas program D:)
Dean watched her for a moment and shook his head with amusement. "Slow down killer, you'll get sick." He said and chuckled lightly. The cat jumped up on the table and meowed at Dean who have him a strip of bacon. The cat with it's mouth full dropped off the table and went to eat in peace.
"He's such a fat beast.." Dean huffed while watching the cat. -
Oh okay, well that sucks that you're hungry. Younger sibling program?))
Saffron swallowed the mouthful of food she had and then nodded, taking Dean's words into consideration. She looked at the fat animal eating the bacon and she couldn't help but think about her cat again.
Blood in the dark had such an odd color. It didn't look red anymore, it looked like some sort of black goo. And when it reflected off of the moon and stars it had an eerie feeling, a feeling and vision that no one could ever forget. -
Yup. My phone might die.. How long will you be on?)
Dean relaxed an started to eat quietly. He finished his plate quickly and looked up at her. "Do you want more?" He asked with a tilted head and smiled at her slightly. Dean could tell that she was lost in her own little world at the moment and he wanted to snap her out of it. -
Well, it's 1:50ish right now. I don't have to go to that Christmas play until 6:15, so I should be on for a while. I will probably, more than likely, be on tomorrow after school too.))
A little startled, Saffron snapped her head back over to Dean, the visions of the cats blood in the dark of night still flashed before her eyes. "What? Oh not thank you," she said, realized what he had just asked. "This is the most food that I've seen in a while." With that said, Saffron went back to eating. -
Dean stood up and started to clean up the mess he made. Sneezing softly he shook his head and set his dishes in the sink before starting the water up and getting to work quietly on washing them. He cleared his throat after a moment.
"Who were those men after you?" He suddenly asked quietly and looked up at her before going back to the dishes.
(Okay.. It's 3 here :3) -
cool ^-^))
Saffrons heart skipped a beat when Dean asked her that question and the little color that returned in the cheeks quickly faded. She swallowed and she noticed that she suddenly lost her appetite, so she just poked at her food with her fork. Should she tell him? He did save her from them... and he hadn't stabbed her or made any bad moves towards her, she could trust him, right? "My father and a friend," she muttered which was hardly audible for any human to hear. -
Dean nodded slowly and let the subject dropped for a moment and he knew what it was like to have someone you thought you could love turn against you and destroy you. He's been there, done that. "People suck." He said suddenly and sighed putting the dishes away.
Dina. Her name ringing in his head made his whole body hurt and he suddenly couldn't breath. He walked towards his balcony and walked outside quickly to find the air that suddenly left his lungs. -
Worried, Saffron stood up and looked at Dean. "Are you alright?" she questioned, worry think in her voice when she spoke. Maybe he was having some sort of spas attack? Anxiety? Asthma? Slowly she made her way to Dean, but kept her distance. She didn't know what was up with him.
-
Deans shoulders were hunched and his body looked tense and ready to spring, like a wolf or a cat. "Fine." His voice had dropped an octive and he looked pained. "Old memories." He said softly and closed his eyes before opening them again.
"I'll be fine, I promise." He turned towards her with a forced smile. "Do you want to go out in town and find some clothes that'll fit you?" -
Saffron crossed her arms, she was all of a sudden cold and she nodded, though she wasn't entirely convinced that he was okay. "I still don't think you're okay though," she stated, though her voice wasn't very firm, it was distant.
