So basically, you read a section, then choose what you wanna do. I'll go with whoever chooses first.
"[Name], let's go! It'll be fun!" Mina begged with a grin, her ginger curls bouncing as she bounced up and down excitedly. "It won't be fun, it'll be stupid." Lucky (yes that's me woo) grumbled, crossing her arms. "Are you scared?" Mina asked, sticking her tongue out. Lucky snorted indignantly. "Of course not." "W-Well I am!" Jonas pipes up. Ace simply raised an eyebrow. The five of you were currently debating whether or not going up into Eirian Manor would be a good idea. The old abandoned mansion was said to be haunted, and over the last few weeks multiple people had gone missing. "It's just a house." Ace finally spoke, shrugging his broad shoulders with a rather disinterested expression. Jonas groaned. Mina turned hopeful blue eyes on you. "What do you think?"

"Sure, let's go." You say with a small shrug. Mina squeals excitedly and Ace nods, but Jonas groans again, and Lucky looks less than enthusiastic. The five of you clamber up the tall hill until you finally arrive at the front door. The looming black-painted entrance is blocked by a few sparse wooden boards, but they're so old that they've rotted and long since abandoned their purpose of keeping out intruders. Ace clears the wood away and turns the round brass handle. The door swings inward with an eery creak, and a sudden wind blows by. It's unusually cold for this time of year, and it sends goosebumps crawling over your bare arms. You froze for a moment, and could've sworn you heard a voice whispering 'welcome'. However, you quickly shook it off as simply your imagination. This creepy old house was already getting to you, and you hadn't even stepped inside yet. "Well," Lucky brakes the seconds of silence. "Ladies first." She drawls, her voice sounding monotonous and sarcastic, as usual.

"Of course." You answer Lucky's bored and somewhat annoyed look with a grin as you take a dramtic step forward, the ancient wooden floor creaking in protest as you enter the house. The sky is cloudy today, and there are no lights in the house, leaving you a limited view, courtesy of the open doorway. Ace and Mina follow you inside. Lucky trails after, her face contorted into an exsapurated grimace as Jonas clings to her arm, trembling like a leaf in the wind. "G-Guys," He whispers, but even that small sound echoes around the large front room of the house. "Can't we go? I-It's so creepy here!" Suddenly, another startlingly frigid wind blows past, howling with speed, and before any of you can react, the doors slam shut, enveloping you in total darkness.

You and Jonas both shriek at the same time, startled by your sudden loss of vision. Your heartbeat speeds up slightly as you struggle to see what's going on, but the suffocating darkness is making it hard to think. Just as you're on the brink of screaming again, there's a small click and a dull yellow light fills the room, revealing Mina standing next to a tall lamp and giggling. "It...it's not funny!" Jonas shouts, clinging to an incredibly uncomfortable looking Ace. Lucky silently runs a hand through her hair, and you can tell that the sudden loss of light had startled her as well. Mina steps away from the lamp and walks over to the door, reaching out and grabbing the handle. Her laughter suddenly ceases, a more frantic look in her eyes as she grapples in distantly with the doorknob. "...It won't open." She says quietly, turning around to look at you and the others. Ace pries Jonas off of him and strides over the the door, giving it a harsh kick before jiggling the knob himself. No result. "Guys..." Mina sounds almost as scared as Jonas.
- "Let's explore the house together then."
- "Let's split up and look for another way out." -
"Let's split up and look for another way out."

"Let's split up and look for a way out." You pipe up. Your response is four people looking at you stunned, most likely worrying about your mental health. "What? We'll find an exit much faster that way." You explained. "And besides, it's not like this place is actually haunted." You added with a slight laugh. Lucky nodded. "She's right. We could go in two groups," She suggested.

You smiled. "Right. Mina, Jonas, and I can look around here, and Lucky and Ace can look on the second floor, okay?" Mina nodded enthusiastically. "Good idea [Name]!" Jonas sighed in quiet agreement and took a step closer to you. Lucky and Ace exchanged glances before both heading up the stairs, exchanging quiet words about finding another lamp. "Okay, now what?" Mina asked, tilting her head curiously at you.
MAKE A CHOICE:
-Go left, where you can faintly see into the kitchen.
-Go right, where you can see a long hallway stretching out into the darkness. -
Go left, where you can faintly see into the kitchen.

"Let's go left," You instruct. Stepping into the kitchen, you hear the two of them following you; Mina happily and Jonas reluctantly. The countertops are smooth black marble, and white paint chips off the cabinets. A steak knife gleams in the dull glow of the lamp, and you wonder with a slight sense of nervousness how long it's been sitting there. You walk to the edge of your dim puddle of light and feel along the walls. Your fingers catch on a light switch and a muted buzz fills the air as the kitchen lights flicker to light. Jonas yelps and you glance at him questioningly. "[Name]..." He whispers, his wide eyes fixated on your hand. Mina is staring at the light switch with equally wide eyes. You glance over and gasp softly, a sickening feeling settling in your stomach as you take in the red substance spattered on the electric panel. You swallow thickly and raise your hands up, only to see that your fingers are also covered in what is unmistakably blood.
MAKE A CHOICE:
-Find something to wipe your hands with and stay calm.
-Reassure the others that everything's fine.
-Panic.
-Laugh and admire how good a practical joke this is.
