(What are they, though? Can I have ice/water control)
"I'm sorry. You're not that little girl anymore. You know I have the worst memory." He watched her walk away, disappointed that he hadn't noticed sooner. "Please?" -
(Hm...her powers have to be something war related to have Estada have an interest in her. Have any ideas?)
She stopped and heard his plea and turned around sighing lightly. "Jen...you remembered a lot of things when we were kids...or did becoming royalty make you forget." She started to walk back to him and sat down on the bench. -
eyeless jackie Newbiehi

(Telekinesis, potentially. You can life up your enemies and drop them and kaboom. Also it's JeMMMMM)
Jem couldn't help but smile faintly when she sat down next to him. "I'm surprised you remember me, with all of that military stuff. Every day, it's another type of royal training, or another thing to watch as king, or being pestered about marriage, or whatever. Yesterday the queen had be up before sunrise so she could make me memorize the placement of each plant in each of the palace gardens. I don't know why I needed to do that, but it useless, since I remember none of it. Besides, any talk of life in the village is discouraged. The elites don't like that a peasant boy rose above them to power." -
I'M SORRRY.*cries* alright Telekinesis it is. :3)
She rolled her eyes and looked down at her hands. "I never forgot...Estada trained me from the bottom up Jem. It took me a matter of months to actually get to Colonial and I am very close to General rank. I'll be her equal on the battle field." She laughed a bit. "It's odd...we both were seperated and ended up in two different social classes all together." -
He nodded. "It's good that we ended up in the ones we did, though. Can you imagine me, a fighter? You were always the brave one." He wrapped an arm around her. "I did miss you."
-
She blushed lightly and smiled a bit. "You would have been a sniveling mess on the battlefield..." she leaned against him a bit. "I missed you too..." she sighed a bit. "I always wondered if you were safe somewhere."
-
"I'm glad we're both safe," he muttered. It was nice to have such an old friend back. "But really, you've changed so much. How have the past... almost sixteen years, right, been for you?"
-
"I can agree with you on that for only a little bit..." she sighed a bit at his question. "Really...it's been tough, Estada can be the nicest person ever when me and her are alone, but...around her soldiers I'm treated just like my rank. I mean I can die at any moment on the battle field." She laughed lightly. "I haven't changed much have I?"
-
The sunset was close to ending behind them, and he sighed. "I'm glad that part of you hasn't changed. When are you going back in to fight?" he asked.
-
She thought for a moment and shook her head. "When ever Estada wants to go back, after a victory we usually take a break for a bit and let the other Generals handle it."
-
(Le bump~)
-
"You should hang around for a while. See if it's okay for us to catch up." He heard one of the doors open as a servant walked into the garden. He called out for Jem.
-
She nodded lightly and heard the servant call for Jem. "You better go Jemmy boy. I'll see if the king will let us stay here since Estada doesn't have a town house here surprisingly." She chuckled a bit.
