okay, so basically, your a gym leader in training. in the gym program called special talented children program (STC), you have been sent on a journey with other gym leaders in training to beat all current gyms and the elite four, ALL WITH ONE POKEMON. (the pokemon chosen by you must be uin its first stage of evolution and be related to your chosen gym type.)
but this journey will not be a care free one, because that would be boring. recently, team rocket has shown their ugly mugs around the region, so that cant be good.
ANOTHER RULE is if your pokemon is low on health, you can only potion it twice per battle.
held items are allowed, but arnt required.
and lastley, your pokemon cannot be a legendary/side legendary.
with that, feel free to make your own character sheets. -

looks: short like a preschooler, long black hair and purple eyes. his skin is peach and he has a koffing earing on each ear.
wears: he wears a sleevless black jacket and a sleevless purple tank top with a koffing skull symbol on it. he has black shorts and wears black sneakers, as well as a soiked collar and spiked braclets.
personality: wild and loud. kaiga is a rush of untamed energy and he loves listening to heavy metal. he owns a guitar but doesnt know how to play yet. his role model is roxxy from the unova region.
other: hes not very polite, and his voice is very teenager like even though he looks like a toddeler. (height wise.) he hates being called a little kid and loses it if anyone calls him a loser. -

Personality: fun yet cautious, will pull his Pokmon from battle if hurt too much, wants to be a Pokemon Professor on the side, his role model is Professor Oak from the Kanto Region
Other: A nice guy, usually shares food, takes a lot to make him angry -

Starter: Cubone [Male]
Appearance: Tall for her age with tanned skin, muted gray eyes, and long pale wheat blonde hair.
Clothing: This dress with combat boots, white tights, tan fingerless gloves, and a soft sand colored scarf.
Personality: Likes to play the hero. She's very brave and not afraid to get dirty. She wears her dress because is was a gift from her Aunt, and will cry if it gets ripped.
Other: From Fortree city, she never felt at home high in the trees, and would spend most nights asleep on the grass. Met her partner by accident while heading to get her starter. Sometimes they're perfectly in sync, but most the time she has to fight to get her Cubone to listen. -

Looks: Long, red-brown hair in two bouncy pigtails, darker skin, kind of short
Clothing: Dark blue sweater, black jeans, bright blue boot and a bright blue water drop hairpin.
Personality: Bubbly (see what I did there), friendly, upbeat, but she gets annoyed easily, and hates losing, so she's a bit childish.
Other: She met her partner while out exploring the swamp as a little kid. She also gets around by using her bicycle (because she doesn't know how to roller skate) -
