that is ok. I respect that. just because someone is new or doesnt understand anything does not give you the right to treat them with disrespect. (random untrue situation) If your 80 year old grandma/grandpa got an iPhone and didnt know how to use it, would you yell at them? If not, how is that any different than me. I wouldnt be a noob if my old account hadnt been hacked.
