My phone is failing to entertain me xD
Adam slowly walked up to Felix, licking his lips once or twice. He was silent and shoved his hands in his pockets-- smiling down at his feet, his head at a slight, odd tilt. He was slightly out of it-- spacing out into his own fantasyland of imagination. -

Felix agreed to the room, not mentioning the name. The man winked, grabbing the key just as Felix put the money down for one full day. The key was put into the same bag as the alcohol, and Felix thanked him. He knew they were to go to the third floor, the fiftieth room. "Onward, my dear." -

Adam had to blink himself out of it, which took him a minute. "Er..sorry." He apoligized weakly, "I was staring off into space." He felt the need to explain his actions. Hm, he was in quite the odd mood today. He began to move, promptly after shaking himself out of his daze. -

"It's okay." He led him to the elevator (which I'm nearly positive there were in America in 1945), pressing the button to lead them up. He waited for it to come down to them, as someone must have been already in it, and was getting off, because it usually didn't take that long. -

Adam tilted his head and waited for the elevator. He stared at the doors for a moment, before changing his gaze to Felix, then his feet, as would be expected for him. He found himself staring off into space again and had to repeatively snap himself out of it. -

As soon as the doors opened, he stepped inside, using his hands to gesture Adam to follow him. Inside, he stared at the various buttons, amazed when he saw that there was a whopping ten floors. That was quite a lot for one building, he believed, and then he thought about how many people must go to that hotel. That seemed a whole lot more reasonable. -

Adam: Er..uh
Adam shook his head to get himself back into attention, smiled and followed Felix in. Again, flashing Felix a warm, greatful smile, he scanned the elevator. He had only been in one once before-- when he was little. The experience had terrified him just about as much as the plane did. Now, it was less frightening. -

He hit the third floor button, watching the doors close. The elevator started up. Felix wasn't too fond of the feeling that it gave his stomach, so he put a hand over it, just to calm himself down. It wasn't that he was afraid, he just hated the feeling. -

Adam: Do I dare ask what you mean by that..?
Adam had to choke down an uncontent groan when the elevator moved. He smirked, trying to calm himself down as well. He remembered when he was six riding in an elevator, and begin to scream in terror and break out in tears. The thought calmed himself down as he stared at the elevator doors. -

Thankfully, the ride was soon over, and the doors slid open roughly. Felix jumped out, immediately heading off to find the room with the number fifty in metal letters. He was prepared to see what the room actually looked like, excitement taking over him fully. -

Adam: ..
Adam followed Felix, smiling with his raspberry colored lips. He stared at the floor as he trotted along to catch up to Felix, to remain his rightful place by his side. -

Felix fished around for the key, taking it from the bag. He jammed the key into the door's hole, unlocking it quickly. He pushed into the room, gasping when he saw it. For one, it was quite huge. The bed was king-sized, with dark, maroon-colored blankets and champagne tinted pillows. The headboard was fancy and platinum white ivory, the same color as the room's walls. The carpet was a light, sandy brown, fitting in an weird way. There were a few love seats that matched the color of the bedspread. A coffee table and seats were nearby, where Felix set the two bottles down. -

I dun see the point of getting up in the morning to go to lunch XD
Adam just silently followed Felix, his hands hung silently at his sides. He scanned the room and smiled. He secretly wondered how such a nice part of town could have such a nice hotel. Hm, anything can happen, he guessed, not wanting to dwell on the thought much longer. -

Felix slowly shut the door, jumping childishly onto the bed. He was surprised when it was a bit bouncy. "Okay okay okay." It wasn't as firm as most of the sleeping arrangements he had had over the years, and he liked that fact. He settled himself, getting off of the bed. -

Adam gently snickered when the bed bounced Felix up and down for a brief moment, but it quickly ended when he got off. He calmly leaned his back against the wall, not entirely sure what to do at that point in time.
