"Okay, I guess we can just walk until we find out where we need to go. This place is so unfamiliar," he huffed, stomping his foot in frustration. The cab driver had pulled one over on them and now they were lost for who knows how long. -

Adam could sense both of their frustration and gave a small nod as Felix said so. "It can't be so bad..being lost..could it?" Adam asked, trying to lighten the mood. The statement came out slightly unsure, however. -

"Probably not, but if there aren't cabs here, we aren't very well off." He sighed, pointing left. "Let's just start off that way and see where it takes us, yeah?" -

Adam nodded in agreement. He waited for Felix to move, being Adam was unsure about everything at this point in his life. -
reminds me of this:
Felix began to walk off in the direction to the left. He felt nothing but infuriated over what the cab driver had done, and would do anything to get revenge, but he knew that that wasn't possible. He felt disgusting. -
Omg stap
Adam immediately followed Felix once he had began walking. He caught up quickly, and had himself walking at his side, intently, like a trained puppy. -
that's really up isn't it
He clenched his teeth together tightly, taking hold of Adam's arm protectively. He wasn't aware of what kind of people resided in this part of town, and he wasn't prepared to let anything happen to the younger. He listened to his shoes scrape against the concrete. -

Adam walked quickly-- matching Felix's pace. His heart was beating at a slightly inclined speed. He slowly looked up to Felix with a slightly anxious expression, after looking to the horizon for quite a while. -
Wtf..?
Adam looked to Felix with a small amount of question in his facial expression. He looked slightly confused, in fact, which he was. Why had Felix stopped? And why here? What was with his facial expression? Eventually, he just stopped thinking about it. -

He continued along, searching for a liquor shop. There was probably only whiskey or maybe a few fancy drinks, but he was okay with that. He needed a little something before searching for a place to stay. He hummed the same saxophone tune from the camp. -

Adam sighed for a moment and then continued to move. His breathing was deep and calm, and his heart beating had returned to normal. As long as Felix was with him, he didn't mind being lost, not at all. (Aww Adam..) -

About a block down, he stopped in front of a shop selling just what he wanted. He pulled Adam in with his, feeling the rushing feeling in his stomach of living the city life so perfectly. He turned his head, examining the items in the store. -

Adam was pulled along by Felix, and he couldn't help but smile widely and match his pace. He wondered what on earth Felix was doing-- considering he had no experience in the city. -

He went right to where he knew what he wanted was located. He grabbed two bottles, using his fingers to hold them. "Okay, we might as well have fun while we can. We can find a hotel and then do something." -

"Yeah, might as well enjoy the experience.." Adam stated, smiling. He looked around the place, silently. Adam hadn't much experience in the adult world-- he spent most of his life taken away from the world, one way or another.
