Felix was taken aback by this statement, and with a twinge of hurt residing in his eyes, turned to the judge, who had began speaking. "I will now ask for the plaintiff's opening statement." -

(That was damn cold like the hell Adam)
Adam sighed, slightly regretting the words he had just said. Although true, he said it a bit too cruely. He planned on apologizing later. -
(i hope chu know the felix with be a crieface mcgee and not talk to you for the night, mister.)
"Well." Kramer cleared his throat, steppin hg forward with a brisk pace. "Felix Attenburg, aged twenty years old, was a Nazi soldier. I never agreed on his choice, but what can a father do? One day, I was told to visit the camp in order to bring Felix his lunch. When I went to find him, I spotted him leading a group of individuals to the top of a hill. I felt I should watch my son do his job. Some time later, he yelled a warning to an innocent older man. Suddenly, after a few minutes, Felix shot him."
Felix's mouth parted slighly. -

Adam looked surprised, but tried to not show too much emotion. -

"I have a few questions for Adam from the defendant's side," Kramer stated. The judge looked to the boy. "To the stand, please." -
Adam cleared his throat nervously and did just as the judge asked of him.

Kramer stared at Adam. "Were you a part of the group on the hill?"

"Yes." He answered, clutching his hands together.

Kramer nodded surely. "How did Felix seem that day?"

Adam resisted the urge to say, 'How am I supposed to know? I was focused on staying alive!' But choked that down and said, "Normal."

"What was normal like for Felix?" No one found any reason to object.

Adam yet again had to choke down a remark. He sighed and said, "Relatively soft."

Felix bit the inside of his cheek, wanting to run out of the courtroom. He knew that he couldn't, however.
"Soft? Please elaborate."
