Felix grew confused as they recited the Pledge of Allegiance. He kept his hand over his heart as the rest of them did. -

As soon as this activity was concluded, an officer explained the rules of the court to the jury, judge, plaintiff, and defendants. At that moment, Kramer Attenburg entered the courtroom. Heads turned, including Felix's, who gasped. -

Adam turned around, confused to see another person had joined the court. -

Felix shivered a small bit, memories of how his father threatened to kill him coming back. He felt his cheek, also recalling the incident with the whiskey bottle. Kramer gave a smirk upon seeing his son while he entered the plantiff's side. -

Adam watched Felix, concerned. He didn't say anything, knowing that that would be quite impolite. -

"Adam, I don't think I can do it." He turned to him with wide eyes. -

"I believe in you." He managed. He was quite speechless at the moment. -
