Hunter coughed, taking a breath. "He's gone. Dead. Away. And you just suggested that we forget all about him and go on our merry way. The. Stupid. Careers. got him." He wiped his eyes.

"Because he'd want us to go on," Rayna says. "He'd want us to win for him." Rayna still couldn't bring herself to look up.

Hunter nodded, "I know that, but we aren't forgetting about him. Not anytime soon." He sighed, glancing over at the others.

"We're not forgetting about him," Rue says. "We're just trying to make it easier."

"Well it won't be, at least not for me. Suppressing something makes it worse.."

Rue sighed, not seeing anything else she could say to make Hunter feel any better. He had lost someone close to him, and it was going to be a while before he felt any better.
Rayna sighs and stands up, taking her bow and arrows and she heads to the mouth of the cave. -
Hunter quieted down, only staring off to the side.
Thresh sighed. -
Rayna sighs while walking out of the cave. "I'll be back," she says to the others, and then she heads off into the forest alone.

Hunter then apologized to the other two. "I was really dramatic there, huh?"
Thresh shook his head. "You reacted like anybody is supposed to.." -

Rue agreed with Hunter. "I'm sure Rayna understands as well," she says.
(OMG I have an awesome forshadowing thingy... wait, are we going to go on into the second hunger games too?) -

Hunter nodded, looking away. "I hope the rest of these odds come our favor," he tried to joke. -

(Rayna hears Kylands voice from a jabberjay. but only one?)
"It burns today, falls tomorrow, and dies forever," Rue says with a little smile. -

This brightened Hunter and Thresh up. "Exactly." -
(yeah just like only one jabberjay for a foreshadow if we make it to the second one. Like how in the second one Katniss and Finnik were attacked by like a million? if that's kk with you)
Rue laughed a lot, but then looked out of the cave. "Where do you think Rayna went?" -
(yeah that's fine if we do decide to do the second one :3)
"I have no clue, but I trust her more than Kyland outside of the cave, so I think she is fine."
