Ron licked his paw and tilted his head at her. "I don't know maybe he mistook your happy mood for something else." He shrugged, his tail twitching a bit. "All of his other girlfriends were jerks to him and only wanted him because he looked nice, but you little bird are different."

Saphirre frowned. "That's awful. I'll have to apologize when he gets back." She said, standing up. "I wish they're was something I could do for him, but..." She glanced around the kitchen. "I'm pretty much at a loss with cooking, and I don't have any money to buy him something..."

The cat snorted and trotted to where Erin stayed, dragging out a few dollars from under the bed. He then held it out to her. "He liked chocolate, so we can go out and get him some."

Saphirre nodded with a smile. "Thanks. I'll get the jacket." She rose and disappeared for a second, before coming back out with her wings properly covered. "Okay, let's go."

He jumped onto her shoulder and placed the money into her hands. "Alright there is a chocolate shop near here so we don't have to go far."

Saphirre stepped out of the apartment and nodded, clutching the money in her hand. She exited the building and glanced around. "Which way?" She asked quietly, in case someone heard.

He looked and pointed to a stone building. "That one, that's the one." His tail twitched happily.

Saphirre nodded and walked over. She glanced at him on her shoulder. "Should I leave you out here? I'm not sure animals are allowed in the store."

He pointed at the sign that said pets were allowed. "Daniel took me here alot as a kitten. They gave away free treats." He licked his lips.
She's going to meet a certain platinum blonde again~) -

"Oh, alright." She grinned and stepped through the doors. She sighed happily as the wonderful aroma of chocolate hit her. -

Ron sniffed the air and saw a few other animals in the shop. He blinked and spotted a platinum blonde woman sitting in the corner. Her hair was in a sloppy bun and her clothes looked normal. Ron's mouth opened a bit as he mumbled one word. "Zoey...?" -
Saphirre glanced up. "Hm?" Seeing the woman from the park her eyes widened. "T-That's Zoey?" She asked Ron. "Are you sure?" She looked at the woman, slightly stunned.

He nodded lightly at Saphirre and grew quiet. He pointed to the counter so she could get a box for the money she had in her hand. Zoey glanced up from her book and saw Saphirre. She blinked lightly and smiled at her, waving her over.

Saphirre grabbed the box of chocolates and walked over. "H-Hi." She said a little shyly. This woman...was actually her mother? It was a lot to take in, especially since Zoey probably didn't know. She wondered if she would recognize her, from the lab or from the park.

Ron jumped onto the table and nuzzled against Zoey's hand. She chuckled lightly and petted him. "Your cat is friendly." She smiled up at her, her circle wired glasses slid down a bit and she pushed them up. "You're the girl from the park aren't you?"
