Amaretto slurped up the last of his ice cream, then ate the bottom of his cone.
(Good afternoon indeed~) -
Blaze threw away his napkin. "Ready to go?" He asked.

Amaretto nodded, throwing away his own napkin and standing up to follow Blaze.

Blaze grinned, grabbing Amaretto's hand and pulling him to the car. "To home, and horses, we go!" He said, grinning and getting in the car.

Arcelio smiled softly and laughed, getting into the seat next to Blaze and buckling in.

Blaze drove back to the house, leaving the windows down. When they got home he hopped out of the car and said, "Come on, let's go get some carrots and then go see the horses."

Amaretto hopped out of the car, an excited, bouncing neko. He hurried up to the house, expecting the door to be locked, so he waited for Blaze there.

Blaze laughed, going up and pushing open the door. "I don't lock it." He explained. "I live in the middle of nowhere, so yeah." He walked towards the kitchen, opening the fridge to grab some carrots.

"Oh," Amaretto followed Blaze inside, making grabby hands at the carrots. "Can I fee them too?"

Blaze nodded, handing Amaretto a bag of carrots. "Let's go!" He said, shutting the fridge and heading towards the back door.

Anaretto held onto the bag of carrots, while he followed Blaze to the door.

Opening the door for himself and Amaretto, Blaze started down the tail towards the stable.

Amaretto followed alongside Blaze, already hearing horses whiny and whine and clop around.

When they reached the stables, Blaze smiled. "We're here!" He walked up to the stalls. "Hey Sweetheart, Pumpkin, Lightning, Sugar, Prince, Shimmer. This is Amaretto. He's our new friend." Blaze said, greeting all the horses.

Amaretto saw the horses, and cowered a bit. He'd never seen reall horses before, and hadn't expected them to be so... Big. He hesitated to give them any carrots, hugging the bag to his chest.
