Blaze shut the door, grumbling about liars whoop call other people liars. He made his way back to the stable, mounting Sweetheart and setting off through woods towards the cottage.

Amaretto had made it to the cottage safely, and found the key, but he couldn't figure out how to use it. He knew to put the key in the hole, but he didn't know what to do after that. Eventually, he gave up, climbing back onto the horse and laying forwards on it, resting his cheek on its neck.

Blaze chuckled at the sight, swinging off of Sweetheart. "Sorry, I guess it didn't cross my mind that you wouldn't know what to do with the key..." he said. "The man is gone, though."

Amaretto sat up when he heard Blaze, sliding off of his horse to hug him. "Thank you for not letting him take me."

Blaze hugged him back. "Like hell I would let him take you. He claimed you "got lost". The nerve of some people!" He shook his head. "We'll, at least he's gone now."

Amaretto purred, tucking his head under Blaze's chin and hugging him close.

Blaze smiled. "Well, since the horse back riding is kinda over, at least to some extent, would you like to do something?"

Amaretto nodded, yawning and closing his eyes. "Take a nap?"

Blaze nodded. "Sure. Do you wanna nap in the cottage or go back to the house?"

"Cottage! Cottage!" Amaretto chirped excitedly, continuing to hug Blaze.
