I stood up and grabbed Indie's hand, pulling her up and letting her lean on me if she needed to. I led her over to window and waited, praying to the gods that the trident would work. I heard footsteps approaching and jumped, suddenly urgent. "Hurry!"

Nodding, I unclasped the necklace, letting it slide into full size. As quietly as possible, I smashed the window. "Yes!" I whisper-yelled. "Let's get out of here!"

I nodded, flinching when I heard the sound of a gun being loaded. "Go!" I pushed Indie through the window and followed her out. I grabbed her wrist and started running down the dark empty street, hearing the men chasing us. A gunshot rang out and I shrieked, clutching my arm. The bullet had only grazed me, but there was a bloody gash where it had hit. I heard more gunshots and whimpered, forcing myself to keep running.

I gasped at Ruby. "Are you alright?!" I shouted over the loud noise. Luckily, a city was coming into sight... so we should be able to get away safely.

"F-Fine. Don't worry about me. Just run." I ordered, sprinting as fast as I could. I heard the men's footsteps fading out until they stopped altogether. I clutched my arm and winced. As we got closer and closer to the city I saw a faintly familiar figure in the distance. "C-Caleb?"

I rose an eyebrow. Ruby was right... the figure looked like Caleb..... but there was a second figure as well, slightly shorter.
(Garnet basically just has caramel-colored hair and brown eyes. Nothing special. He's slightly shorter than Caleb. The ship name could be... uh... Garuby, Rubnet, etc...) -
Garuby XD He sounds cute~)
Caleb- I glanced out into the distance and my eyes widened. "Indie?" I called curiously. -
I waved at Caleb when I saw him looking. Then I turned to Ruby. "Do you think we lost them?" I said, still running, but looking back over my shoulder.

Garnet- I saw Caleb glancing off into the distance. "Ey, watcha lookin at-" I stopped talking after following his eyes to two girls running in the distance.
(Hmm. This will be interesting.) -
Ruby- I nodded shakily. "Y-Yeah, I think so." My arm was aching and the fresh wound was bleeding slightly. I was tired and hurt and just wanted to collapse where I stood, but I knew I couldn't.
Caleb- I saw the blood on Ruby's arm and broke into a run. "Come on." I told Garnet, rushing over the the two of then. I wrapped Indie into a right hug. "What happened?" -
I shivered. "Serious stuff happened. Including pedophile kidnappers and some very sadistic threatening and opprobrious men." I shuddered. "And breaking windows and guns and chains. And Ruby's arm should get some medical attention." I said wearily. "And who's that?" I asked, indicating to the stranger boy.

Garnet- While the black-haired girl explained to Caleb, I turned to the pretty brunette. "Are you okay?" I asked lightly, examining her arm. -
(Sorry it intrude, but Lueh wanted me to tell you that she might not be on for the next two days.)

(It's fine. Also when she gets back, I won't be here... I have a family camping trip from the 2nd to the 6th. ^-^' Bad timing, eh?)

"Just my friend Garnet." I said shortly, pulling her close to me. I hugged her tightly. "T-They didn't...touch you...did they?" I asked anxiously. If they did anything to her...
Ruby- I bit my lip and nodded, hoping he couldn't tell I was totally lying. My arm was bleeding pretty badly and to be honest I was terrified, but I'd never admit it. -
I stiffened. Squeezing my eyes shut I blinked back tears. "W-well... uh..."

Garnet- I eyed get questioningly. "Your arm doesn't look okay. We should get it looked at..."
(It was actually pretty nice. Besides no WiFi. But the showers were heaven. Alot of s--- went down while you were gone, also.)
