(Colin O' Donoghue needs to play Charlie I'm sorry okay
I'm giving them all actors)
"No. Oh. My. God. NO." Daniel moved to get off the bed, and the women caught his arm- Accidentally grabbing him right over his stitches. He did this little cry of pain thing before bringing his other hand up to slap her, hard. She stepped back, and, after a moment, muttered a short, "I'm getting your doctor," Before leaving.
Rosario allowed himself to be pulled down, but he rolled over, laying on top of Drake, smirking at the marks on his neck. "Hey. Morning."
"..I'm Rayson Carser. The blond man in the pictures. I'm.. I'm his fiance. The children are my brother's kids, but we've adopted them, and.. And the person who killed your wife has been trying to harm Arcelio, and I really need you to come get him." It was a lie, but Rayson had to do it. "He wont be happy to go, but you have to. He can't stay here. Look, I'll meet you at the air port with him. I have to go get him." After telling the man what air port, he hung up, and dialed Daniel's cell phone, which was sitting next to his untouched food. -
(nooo I thought I hit submit for this a few minutes ago and I lost all my reply ;-;)
Arcelio sat through this ordeal quietly, but with wide eyes, waiting for the nurse to leave. Once she did, he huffed, looking at Daniel. "This can't be good," he muttered, wondering if the nurses here were in enough altercations with patients usually to brush this one off. He heard Daniel's phone ringing, so he hopped up to answer it before the boy could. "Hello?"
Drake breathed a little at the weight on his chest, but kept an arm around Rosario to hold him there. "Morning."
As soon as the call was finished, Mr. Newman went rushing out of his office, not answering any questions from his secretary on the way to his car. From there, he made a beeline for the airport, which was an hour away. -
(aw man)
At the sound of Arcelio's voice, Rayson broke. He sobbed, for a full two minutes before he could gather himself. "Hey, Arcelio.. Oh, baby, I'm so sorry. I.. I called your dad. He's gonna come get you, alright? I need to pick you up and take you to the air port. Alright?"
"I'm.. Um, I'm hungry," He admitted, smiling lightly at him. "Can I have some toast?" -
Arcelio chewed his lip while the other on the line was crying, wondering in confusion as to what the problem was. When it was Rayson's voice that replied, telling him that he'd called his father, Arcelio's heart stopped. "Why would you do that?" He asked, hardly able to breathe. If his father took him home, he'd likely never see Ray again.
Drake suddenly woke up a bit, nodding hurriedly. "Yeah, yeah of course. No problem." -
"You need to go home. I don't want.. I don't want him to kill you, baby," He mumbled, sighing. "I'mma head up there. Bye." With that, he hung up, grabbing the keys, heading to the car.
Rosario rolled so he could get up, waiting. -
Arcelio set the phone back onto the table, picking at his hair. "Danny, I love you very very very much, and I am so glad I got to spend five years raising you and Angel. No matter what. Okay?"
Drake sat up, leaned over to kiss Ro's forehead, then slipped out of the bed to go downstairs. -
Daniel, who had no clue what was going on, nodded. When the doctor finally came in, so did Rayson, though the man didn't even look at Daniel. "Arcelio. We need to go, come on."
He wondered if he needed to stay in the bed, or if he was supposed to follow him. He decided on the later. -
Arcelio hesitated, then shook his head, stepping towards the side of Daniel's bed. "I want to stay here. Please. Tate came and said he'd move us for free so let's just do that."
Once they were in the kitchen, Drake started getting everything out. He left the butter in the fridge, deciding to hold off on taking it out until the bread, which he'd put in the toaster, was finished. -
"No. If.. If you come with me, you'll always be at risk. Arcelio, we're not talking about this. Come on. Now." He held out his hand, silent.
Rosario was completely silent. He really was hungry, but didn't know if he could eat very much just yet. -
"Rayson, I am not going," he stated firmly. "We are talking about this. I don't know what possessed you to call him, but that doesn't mean that you can't still cancel this."
While the bread toasted, Drake turned to the other boy. "So," he hummed awkwardly. -
"You're going or so help me I will hand myself over to Archer. Because those are the only two ways to keep him from killing you. Arcelio, we're not playing this game. Go get in the f---ing car, or I will make you." Rayson really hated threatening him, but he needed him to listen.
"..Are we dating?" The question popped out before Rosario could stop it. He wanted to know. He wanted more relations than just two father's who sucked. -
(omfg I did it again i was like 'lol i hit submit gonna go to the bathroom' but i didn't and i had to retyppppe)
Arcelio rolled his eyes, crossing his arms. "No, you won't, because that's just stupid. And you're not going to 'make' me go, either."
Drake's eyebrows shot up, and he swallowed. "Uhm. Yeah. Yeah? If you want?" -
(xD)
"I will. I'll take out my phone, right now, and call him. Watch me." Without another word to Arcelio, he pulled out his cell phone, thinking for a moment to recall the number- Not Archer's, he wasn't stupid, but Charlie's. He dialed the number, holding the phone to his ear, waiting.
"..That's a question, not an answer," He mused, leaning over to grab once of the pieces of bread that had popped out, ignoring the burning of his fingers. He took two bites before setting it down. "I'm.. Not as hungry as I thought. Sorry." -
Arcelio stood with his arms crossed for a good ten seconds, before he shot out, grabbing the phone from Rayson. He quickly hit the end button, and shoved the device in his pocket. "Fine," he grumbled, going back to Daniel's bed. "Love you," he repeated, kissing the side of his son's hair.
Drake shrugged, running a hand through his hair as he walked to the fridge. "I don't know. I guess we are, if that's what you want. No, it's okay," he said, in response to Ro not being hungry anymore. -
Daniel, who has been softly talking with the doctor, didn't reply to him, nor did he look up as Rayson pulled him out of the room. "..I really, really need you to try and take care of yourself, alright? I said I was going to take you to the air port. I lied. You're taking a taxi. Every moment more you spend with me is another I put you at risk." He paused, fishing out a newer cell phone, handing it to him. "Every contact I could think of. If something happens to your dad, you call Charlie first. And then every number after that, until you get something figured out. And, no matter what.. I love you. I love you more than I've ever loved anyone, Arcelio." Right then and there, in the middle of a hospital waiting room, he pulled the man close, kissing him deeply. "Give me two years. If you don't hear anything.. Assume I'm dead. If I'm not, I'll find you. Taxi's out front. Your bags are already in it." With that, he left, without looking back.
"I think it'd be nice," He responded, chewing on the inside of his mouth. His stomach hurt, and, as light headed as he felt, he couldn't bring himself to eat.
