Arcelio stumbled in, gathering himself before rushing to Rayson, carefully putting both of his hands on Rayson's cheeks. "Ray, oh my god--"

Arcelio took his hands away, seeing he'd frightened Rayson. "It's only me, Ray," he murmured.

I knew I was forgetting one ;3;
I'm watching a bunch of movies with some friends so my replies may be slow and sucky .~.)
Arcelio looked down at the supplies, until Corrin left the room. He expected to have a limited amount of time, so he went right to work, tending first to the burn on his chest. "This is going to sting, I'm sorry," he said before he began, even if Rayson wouldn't hear him. -
Arcelio swallowed hard, "I'm sorry.." He picked up a rag, not wanting to touch the iodine yet, and doused the corner it in water. Lifting the rag up, he gently touched it to Rayson's chest.

Arcelio pursed his lips, willing himself to go on even though he could see that Rayson was in pain.

Arcelio pulled his hand and the rag away, tears welling up in his eyes. "I'm sorry, I'm trying to help, Rayson."

"It's only going to get worse," Arcelio mumbled, watching Rayson's struggle to move away from him. He dropped the rag on the floor, rubbing the heels of his palms against his eyes. "You have to let me help you before they come back."

Arcelio's breath stopped. There was no doubt that he could no longer see Rayson in all of this pain.
"Stop, stop hurting him! Me, me, let Rayson go, please," he begged, tears already falling down his cheeks. -
Arcelio hadn't expected something like that from Daniel, but for now, he didn't have time to worry about it. Rather, he rushed to Rayson, unsure if he'd be able to stand on his own at all.

Arcelio was careful to be gentle with him, not touching him yet. "Rayson, it's just me, I'm going to get you out of here, okay?" -
Arcelio still didn't dare to lay a hand on him. "Daniel's getting Angel now. I don't know if he's bringing her back here.. Can you walk?"

Arcelio could at least tell what he meant. He stood up, then offered down both of his hands to help Rayson up as well.

Arcelio slowly started to help pull him into standing. "Okay, here we go.."

Arcelio moved to return the hug, but feared accidentally hurting Rayson. "I know, I know..." He murmured instead. -
Arcelio nodded, his hand still hovering near Rayson in case he needed help. "Do you know where we are?"
