GOD DAAMN IT ALSO, I'LL BE BACK IN 20 MINS.
Nathaniel walked in the woods blanketed in snow, shivering. God he shouldn't have went off the path and now he was lost. He kept walking and glanced around, trying to find some place to hide from the winter storm. He soon spotted something large and dark in front of him. He blinked and squinted his eyes. It was a castle. -
Lottie lay in front of the fire she'd worked so hard to start in the fireplace. Starting the fire itself had been easy, controlling it had been the difficult part. Now, she relaxed on the stone that jutted out from the fireplace, her hair glowing slightly orange from the flickering flames. It was freezing outside, and she really had no intent to move.
-
He was so close when he heard the howls. He cursed under his breath and started running as fast as he could in the snow. The wolves we're faster and were almost on his heels when he saw a small opening in the gate, big enough for him to fit through. He got through but not before a wolf clamped down onto his leg. He screamed lowly and kicked the wolf in the face, making it let go. He stood up slowly and walked to the doors of the castle.
-
he probably limped but okay
oh and she's pretty short
Outside, she could hear some wolves howling, and realized that someone, or something, was probably out in the snow. She reluctantly got up and walked out into the entryway, then to the massive doors. On her way, she passed a mirror. That night, her face had decided to transform in a more adorable way, and now had some of the attributes of a doe, complete with the soft ears peeking out from her blonde hair. She frowned and stepped over to the doors, pulling one open with the help of magic. -
Oops...sorry forgot about limping but you got the point.
And he's tall.
He got to at least the top step before hitting the ground on his knees. His leg hurt like hell and he couldn't move anymore. He started to fall face first into the snow when he saw one of the doors open. -
She gasped quietly, seeing the man at her doorstep. She did her best to start pulling him in, using magic again. Once he was safely inside and she'd shut the doors, she checked for a pulse. He seemed to be unconscious.
-
He groaned lightly and tried to open his eyes, but he sadly couldn't, being unconscious. His leg was bleeding terribly onto the castle's floor or rug near the door. He couldn't tell.
-
She sighed, and allowed him to levitate so that she could get him upstairs to one of the guest rooms. She led him up one of the long flights of stairs and to the first room. Thanks to her magic, every room was able to get water without going to draw it from somewhere. Lottie moved the man so he hovered a few inches about the bed and let him fall onto it.
-
When his injured leg bounced off the bed his eyes opened, causing him to hiss in pain. He reached down to grab at it when he noticed he was in a room. He moved his head and saw...a girl. Well he guessed it was a girl aside from the ears and doe like face.
-
She turned and looked at the man, her eyes widening in a deer-in-the-headlights expression. She walked over the bowl of water she'd just poured and a cloth to help clean his wound. "Hello," she muttered, sitting next to him on the bed and holding out the water for him to hold on to.
-
He blinked and held onto the water. He tilted his head. "Hello." His leg pain spiked a bit and he winced. "Damn wolf." He muttered to himself. "If I had just stuck to the path..."
-
"Relax," she whispered, dipping the cloth into the water, wringing it out, then starting to clean his wound. "What's your name?" she asked.
-
He hissed when the cloth was placed on his wound. "My name is Nathaniel, most people call me Nate." He replied looking at her. "What's yours?"
-
"Charlotte, but I go by Lottie." Her doe ears went back a bit when he hissed.
-
"Lottie...cute name...sorry if I scared you. It's just..." He started muttering lightly. "The wound hurts like Hell when you're cleaning it..."
