Amelia entered her room. She tripped over her own two feet, falling down. She let out a soft yelp as a piece of the broken vase dug into her hand. "Ow.."

The door to her room was slammed shut and locked. The mirror door was cracked ever so slightly, and the Phantom's singsong voice emitted from the wall.
"Amelia...you little viper." He said. His normally gentle voice held a poisonous sting. -
"..Oh! It's you." Amelia tried hard not to sound scared when she heard her door close. "I don't get what you mean by viper.. Unless you mean my letter."

He ignored her comment. He pushed open the door of the mirror to look directly at her. He wore the mask she'd bought him, and his eyes were dark behind it.
"You said you wanted to see me." He stated simply, and walked over, helping her stand up, gently. He grabbed her hand and examined the wound, frowning.
"You should be more careful." -
Amelia was speechless when she saw him come out from behind the mirror. She was even more so when he took her hand. For a moment, she gazed at him, not speaking a word.
After she snapped out of it, she said, "I guess I should."
She moved her hand to pluck the glass out of her hand. She tried her best to act like it didn't hurt as she pulled it out, but it did. She stopped halfway with tears in her eyes. -
He reached a hand out and hesitated, before gently wiping the tears out of her eyes.
"...It's my fault. I am sorry." He admitted, releasing her hand and backing away. -
"Wait, come back! It's not your fault.. I said something that I shouldn't have." Amelia stared at him. "You've helped me so much.. And if I wasn't with someone.. I'd have liked to be yours."
She stood up, pulling the glass out fully. Her hand was bleeding. Ignoring it, she said, "I want to see your face without the mask on."
(no mels
stahp) -
(mels don't touch his mask
he will flip)
He stiffened when she said that. He instantly took another step back, shaking his head.
"You do not know what you ask." -
Amelia frowned, taking a step towards him. "I do. I want to see your face
so I can judge how pretty our babies will be.. Can't it just come off for a second?" She walked up to him.
And, becauseYOLOshe couldn't hide her curiosity, she touched the string that was keeping the mask on his face. -
(damn you
you little prying pandora)
Having her at this proximity made him pause. He frowned down at her, but didn't back away. She was so close..her perfume so strong, it was a sort of trance for him. -
(where's the freak out huh
or is this where she gets ra--/shot, stabbed, and thrown in river)
Her fingers traced along the string to the back of his head. She felt like she was stepping on grounds she shouldn't- But she wanted to see his face. Without another word, she untied the knot. She stopped there, however, and kept it on his face. "Do I have your permission to take it all of the way off?" -
(shhhh this is how the movie went

He snapped out of it as soon as the string was untied. He quickly put a hand to his face, and shoved her away, backing up to the mirror.
"Damn you!" He cursed, leaning against the mirror, and holding a hand to the left side of his face, as the mask had fallen to the floor. -
Amelia stumbled back, staring at him. She didn't know what to do. "I-I.. I'm sorry..." She turned her back to him, taking in a deep breath.
"What's so bad about your face?" -
He shook slightly with anger, and didn't respond at first.
He finally composed himself, and walked over to pick up the mask, not responding to her question, still holding his face. -
She didn't know what was so wrong about his face. She assumed he had an injury there that he didn't like. She headed to her door only to find that it was locked. She struggled with it.
She released the knob and left a bloody mark on it. Without a word, she checked out her hand. It wasn't bleeding badly, but she saw puddles of blood on the floor. She attempted to leave again.
