(Sorry! Ok, sure.)

(ok)

(I'm going to give you a few tips along the way.)
Alexis strolled across the abandoned sky-scraper. Before, this use to be a bustling tower full of hard-working people. Communications and trade ran rampant through this hallow building. But now, it just made Alexis nearly want to cry. But she tried to keep it in. She knew she had to be strong. "Dad, what are we even looking for?" She asked her father contemplatively.
Jerry looked down to his far side, and there his daughter was, shining bright in the morning sun. Even though the apocalypse had just dropped onto him like a rotten egg, the morning sun will always heal him of any scars. "We're looking for crates of canned foods. The workers here hardly left, so there has to be some-where. Besides that, weapons are a secondary look-for."
With that, Alexis dug through a pile of debris. She was afraid that a centipede or sorts would crawl unto her skin, but until that horrible moment, she would keep her head level. She sifted and sifted and dug and dug under-neath until her nails scraped against the floor-board, but nothing. "What about the other floors?" She asked her father.
"No. Too much time. We go and rendezvous at the gun-store. Weapons will probably still be there. I hope." -
(Note how I speak in a third-person perspective. That's kind of the best way to roll. First-person is always available, but unless done perfectly, it can sound incredibly cheesy, so I'd suggest doing it in third-person.)

(ok let me make mine)
-
(I'm going to make 3 more characters to set us off on a good start, ok? Or do you want to wait and have others settle in and keep the playable characters at a controllable low?)

Lilly and her younger brother started to see a town. "We should go there we could find weapons." jake said in a soft voice so nothing could hear him but lilly. "No the place is in just in th middle there could be thousands of zombies there." She said back to him. " Well i'm going like it or not." He said then started to walk and lilly still followed. She looked around not knowing if it was a bad way to go.

(no go a head)
-
(Good roll. How-ever, when the characters speak, it can be confusing with-out punctuation. I know, I know, grammar cop. But I... Kind of am a grammar cop.)
-
(ok ok I'll watch I might have some grammer mistakes because of my phone)
-
(Ok, that's ok. Go ahead and roll, or recruit others into the play. I'm making new characters.)
-
(I want to wait for you)
-
Still making the characters.
-
(Alright)
-
(Ok. To let you move on, I'll go ahead and roll.)
Alexis, fed up with searching the debris, took to scrummaging up the drawers of all the desks. She found little use-ful items, screw-drivers, dead drillers, screws, that kind of stuff. She didn't see the immediate use for these kind of things, but her father sure did. Once she searched around 6 desks, she slowly but surely headed up the rickety stairs leading to the second floor.
"Alexis! No!" Her father, Jerry yelled at her. He knew the second floor might even have walkers, but the stairs were damp and damaged enough to make them a hazard them-selves.
