The grenade was spat back out and blew up in front of me. The explosion did nothing to me.
The vortex stopped and the strange man dashed over to a girl that was watching and marked her too. He then came back and started making the same red tornado. This time the suction was more powerful. -
Ava let out an ear piercing scream. It was a little over dramatic, yes, but she hated pain. Right after the strange man had darted back to his vortex, she looked at the mark. It was the shape of a star with black swirling lines. She bit her lip to hold in her whimpers. The mark was nothing like the ones that her sister used to summon. And Ava had seen nothing like this. Her vision blurred a bit as she felt drawn to the whole scene. She drew out her sword and walked slowly to the area, unable to say anything. There were no demons to deal with. Wait, there was something. The boy. The bunny one. She widened her eyes and brought the sword in a drawing position.

Xavier screamed and flailed his arms around staring at the mark, then at the red vortex, then at the mark again. He tried turning into a bunny, but the mark was still visible. He sighed, knowing what he had to do. "See ya on the other side!" He called, diving into the portal.
Prisma tried to fight against the suction, but was failing miserably. She decided to go to desperate measures. She mumbled a few words under her breath and her eyes grew silver. She raised her hands with beams of light growing on her fingertips, and launched them at the portal. Nothing happened. She screamed half in frustration other half in fear. She only got to use super-beams once a decade. -

"Ah! That's it! Time to die!" I quit holding back from the vortex and jumped at it, my swords back and ready to deliver a killing blow. -

"That's it, time to die!" I put up my swords and jumped towards the vortex. -

Halyn sighed. "I suppose the only logical, and possible thing to do in this situation, is to head to our demises, right?" Halyn walked back a few steps, then ran, diving into the swirling whirlpool.

Ava watch them go in to the vortex. It was weird, but she had seen weirder. "What's going on?" She finally asked. But she didn't question anymore. Ava pushed some hair from her face and jumped into the red mess, feet first.

I landed in a strange place. The others had landed around me. Strange creatures roamed the land.

Xavier landed in a dark area, unable to see at all. "Hello?" He called, it seemed no one else was here. Suddenly he heard 3 seperate voices screaming and 3 plunks. They were here. "See you guys joined the party, eh?"
Prisma landed on someone's lap. "Hi! Which of you idiots did I land on? Thanks for coushoning my fall!" She gave a grin that was invisible in the pitch black scenery of wherever the hell they were. -
(Of course. Could you discribe the landscape?)

"I was your cushion," Halyn mumbled. She pushed Prisma off of her and stood up. The place that they ended up in was red and black. Black sand, a sky tinted red. The landforms were twisting. Sometimes it even seemed as if they were hanging off the ground. "Where the heck are we?" Halyn muttered.
(I have to brb for about 20 minutes.) -
"Ow! Could you please get off of me? This place is weird, let me clear up this darkness." I spread my arms and all the shadows were absorbed into my body. Theland became clear and the others were able to see as I could before.
