Halyn picked up the Spirit of Darkness card and the Guardian Angel card and put them in a card pouch on her belt. She grabbed the Chinese food coupon off the table. It had been a while since she had treated herself. Halyn opened the door and walked outside, locking the door behind her.
-
"Ah! What the hell?!" I spun around looking out my window. Somebody had hit me with... a pebble? No one was in the alley, I knew because I could use the shadows as cameras. "What the?" Instead of hunting for some of the disbanded gang, I decided to search for this mysterious culprit.
(lol. I was going to make a character as a love interest, but both my ideas were taken. A demon or a fallen angel, I guess that's not going to happen.X{P) -
"Where are you?! F--- it, I give." I had teleported to so many places, but who ever it was got away. The pebble was the right size for a sling shot, but... to get that range is very hard to do.
"What ever." I decided to go to the restuarant down the street. -
Halyn read the details on the coupon as she walked. "What!? This place is 30 minutes away walking!" Halyn glanced at her watch, it was getting dark. Halyn dashed into an alley and pulled out a card. "Summon: Winged Shoes of Apollo." The car glowed and Halyn suddenly felt like she could run forever. Halyn peeked out to make sure no one was watching, then she ran. But it wasn't the average person's speed. She ran 15x the speed of the average human.
Two minutes later, Halyn felt the card's effects start to wear off. She skidded to a stop. The card floated in front of her. Halyn put it back. She looked around. She spotted the restaurant a couple houses away. Halyn walked towards it. -
Prisma giggled when he couldn't find her, and aimed again, hitting his foot this time. She ducked her head to hide, snickering all the way.
Xavier sighed and began to walk towards a local restaurant, hoping food would take his mind off things. -

"Nothin' like some cheap Mexican food. Thanks, Jose." I gave the man what I owed.
"Any time, mi amigo!" Jose said.
"Still hungry... maybe I'll hit that chinese restaruant- you've got to be kidding me. Her again." I spotted the girl I had spoken to the day before. "Hey! Hey, you! I'd like to speak with you!" I ran across the street and headed towards her. -
Double post sorry. :I
-
Halyn was about to walk inside the restaurant when she heard a familiar voice. "Don't tell me..." Halyn turned to spot the guy from before running towards her. "You have got to be kidding me," Halyn muttered.
-
(meh)
I stumbled as I was once again hit, this time in the foot. This time I spotted her. "You." I teleported and came back with a fallen angel and a bag of pebbles. "You are not going any where." I forced her against the wall and made shadowy shackles around her wrists.
"Halyn, right? Look I thought about what you said, I've decided I'll do my best not to kill without a just cause." -
Halyn raised an eyebrow. But she nodded. "If you're fighting to protect people, then that choice it the best one." Halyn glanced at the girl he shadow cuffed. A fallen angel, by the looks of it. Halyn had a fallen angel card, so she knew what they looked like.
-
Prisma rolled her eyes. "Oh, help me! I am a dansel in distress!" She put a hand over her forhead dramatically, voice dripping with sarcasm. She sighed and wriggled in her chains. "What do you waaaaant?" She spotted the other girl and grinned. 'Distract him' she mouthed at her, winking. She curled her fingers and a small beam of light danced on her fingertips.
Xavier spotted prisma pinned to a wall with a goth-looking guy and and a girl with pointy ears. He sighed and walked over. "Prisma, what did you get yourself into this time?" He shook his head, then turned to the guy and girl. "Listen, whatever she did, she probably didn't-" he stopped, staring at the elf girl. Woah.
(Btw Prisma and Xavier are like cousins or something idk haha) -
"I was hoping you could better educate me in not slaughtering my enemies unless need be." I turned towards the fallen angel, "First of all, don't shoot me with that thing. Second, who are you? And lastly, what do you want from me that made you shoot me? Everything happens for a reason, you should know you were expelled from heaven for betraying God. Cause and effect."
-
Halyn sighed. "I don't feel like wasting my breath telling you something that I already did." Halyn noticed the fallen angel ask her to distract him, but he would be hard to distract. Halyn glanced at the guy that ran over to them. "Do you know this girl?"
-
She rolled her eyes again and hid her hands behind her back. "First of all," she said, mimicking his tone, "I can do what I want. Second of all, that's not your business. And lastly, you act like a cranky old man when you're mad." She was about to go on, but she stopped. "How do you know that?" She asked, voice losing it's cockiness.
Xavier rocked back and forth on the balls of his feet. God damnit she was pretty. "Um, as I was saying..." he tried to avoid her gaze but kept looking back up.
