Julliet practically dragged Erica away from the king. She gripped one of Erica's hands with her own gloves one, and grabbed Victoria's hand with the other, pulling her up and yanking her sisters out of the throne room.

Victoria watched the doors close behind them as Julliet dragged her and Erica away. "Let me go!" Victoria screamed. Then she caught herself. "I-I'm sorry... It's j-just that... I mean," Victoria looked at her feet. "Why?" she mumbled quietly. -

Julliet stared at Victoria when she screamed, immediately dropping her arm. When she apologized, Julliet sighed and looked away. After a moment she kneeled down next to Victoria and helped her up. "Can't you see?" She whispered somberly. "They're not going to be there for us. Ever." She straightened up, her expression now softer. "I'm sorry. But we can't worry about them anymore."
Erica watched all of this in silence. What about dinner? They'd have to face their parents then... -
Victoria frowned. "But... They're still our parents, right?! We have to worry about them! Unless you don't care about them at all, Julliet!" Victoria turned and ran down the hall, stumbling a couple of times. She didn't know why she was lashing out on everyone, Victoria never lashed out on anyone.

Julliet sighed. "I would hardly call them our parents anymore." She murmured to herself. She followed Victoria, walking swiftly but regally.
Erica frowned, trailing slowly after Victoria, quietly noting the change in their youngest sister's normally bright demeanor.
